Bungee Trampolines Trips, Falls, Impact Staff have full training on the use of the equipment Supervision by teachers Warning signs i.e. Rules Trampolines are inspected and certificated by ADIPS. Equipment replaced when necessary. Small Children's Play Area Trips, Fall, Cuts For anybody aged 3-12 years old Supervision by teachers All equipment to be replaced when necessary. Warning signs i.e. Age limit, parents.

Signs in place stating the rules. No rubbish to be lying around the playing zone. Only to play within the boundaries. Jumping Pillows Falls, Neck Injury, Breaks Only 24 persons allowed at one time on the big pillow Supervision by teachers and for ages 10 years and over. Only 11 persons allowed at one time on the small pillow and for under 10 years olds. Small children to be separated from older children. Not to be used when wet. No shoes allowed. No somersaults or flips allowed. Signs stating the rules.

This is a wet attraction. Decking used for walkway. No sharp drops. Working parts covered up and moving parts fenced off.

Hand drying machines. Toilets cleaned daily. Poisoning Chemicals Chemicals kept in locked shed and in the kitchen away from customers. Electrocution Injury,Death Wiring checked daily Installation by qualified electrician. Control box kept away from public. Barriers Public getting in with Safety barriers designed to stop young animals children getting in with any animals. Public being bitten Signage saying not to climb any barriers No public allowed into the pens without supervision Gates to pens are locked at all times Staff on hand at all times. Disease Members of public catching Signs and safety barriers keeping animals and public disease from animals apart. Signs in place and facilities to wash or sanitize hands No eating in the zoo sections. Bedding and faeces to be cleaned and none to be left in the pedestrian areas. Screening of animals in accordance to zoo license. L = Likelihood 1-5 The generic risk assessment is brief and each attraction has a separate risk assessment. S = Severity 1-5 It is recommended that teachers undertake their own risk assessments to suit their requirements.
