Thanks to our Diving Academy program and its 13training courses that have been built to enhance your skills and those of your team. 4 LEVEL #1 BUBBLEMAKER EFFICY ESSENTIALS Duration 1 DAY Reference TRB-01 This hands-on training presents the basic modules of Efficy in order to get you started with the day-to-day work in your Efficy CRM. Learn how to create, manage and edit the main tools of your CRM solution: companies, contacts, projects, agenda, tasks, documents, s. At the end of the training, you will feel comfortable carrying out basic but key tasks in your Efficy CRM. Every Efficy user should attend this course. This basic training is essential when it comes to using Efficy on a daily basis. Basic knowledge of Internet usage is required but no prior knowledge of your Efficy CRM. EFFICY QUICK ESSENTIALS Reference TRB-02 This training session presents Efficy basic modules in order to get you started with the day-to-day work in Efficy. Learn how to create, manage and edit the main tools of Efficy CRM: companies, contacts, projects, agenda, tasks, documents, s. At the end of the training, you will feel comfortable using all basic modules of your Efficy CRM. This training session will not include any exercises but will require your full attention. Every Efficy user should attend this course. This basic training is essential when it comes to using Efficy on a daily basis. Basic knowledge of Internet usage is required but no prior knowledge of your Efficy CRM. EFFICY EXTENDED USAGE Reference TRB-03 This training will go one step further in the daily usage of your Efficy CRM. Advanced features will be explored: working with lists, use and share contacts/company records/appointments, manage notifications, secure records, merge duplicates. At the end of the day, Efficy CRM will have disclosed all its basic hidden tools. Now you will control Efficy s basics but also its advanced usage. Every experienced Efficy user could attend this course. Basic knowledge of Internet usage is required. 5 1 As BUBBLEMAKER START USING EFFICY a bubblemaker, you will get a chance to take your first breaths in your Efficy CRM solution. You will learn how to use the essential equipment of your CRM solution to feel comfortable with its basic modules and features. This first diving experience will enable you to build the diving toolkit necessary to your evolution. WORKING SMART WITH EFFICY PEAK ME UP USER EFFICY QLIK SENSE USER Duration Reference 1 DAY TRB-04 Reference TRB-05 Reference TRB-06 After this theoretical and practical training you will be able to handle day to day situations, handle different interruptions, control your workload, learn to decide immediately, plan your agenda and tasks in a proactive way, know the difference between important and urgent, work on an empty inbox, practice clean desk -policy, learn how to delegate efficiently, put your ideas into actions and ensure you have a good balance between business and private life. Everyone who wants to work more efficiently as an individual and in a team. You should also have attended either Efficy Essentials (TRB-01) or Efficy Quick Essentials (TRB-02). During this intensive training you will become familiar with Peak Me Up tools; its instant messaging, its challenge system, its ranking, its reporting features etc. You will understand how the mobile app works and how you can configure it according to the needs of your business activity (eg: set up objectives/ challenges, define number of earned points, stars) At the end of the day you will have learned how you can boost your sales and motivate your sales teams thanks to Efficy sales gamified app. All end users who are related to the sales activities of your company, for example, your account managers and sales directors. You should also have attended either Efficy Essentials (TRB-01) or Efficy Quick Essentials (TRB-02). The graphical reports in Qlik Sense will give you as the user the possibility to get a clear overview on all important data in your Efficy environment fast. During this dedicated training you will learn how to use the custom reports that are made for you and you will know exactly what you are looking at. After this training you will know how to work with various filters, settings and how to export reports. Everyone that needs to use the Efficy Qlik Sense reports will benefit from this training. 6 LEVEL #2 SCUBA DIVER SALES MODULE Reference TRS-01 The training will focus on all Efficy CRM modules related to sales. You will learn how to process lead life cycle, i.e. creating sales opportunities, sending offers and invoices to customers. Creating, adding products, proposal documents or follow-up actions will no longer be a mystery when you complete this training. In other words, you will learn everything you need to know to carry out a successful customer approach. All end users who directly deal with customers such as the sales team. Few months of experience of your Efficy CRM are strongly recommended. HELPDESK MODULE Reference TRS-02 This training will make you discover your Efficy support and customer service management solution. Throughout this training session, you will learn how to manage the different communication channels (inputs and outputs) to ensure customer relationship follow-ups. This training will emphasize the creation of tickets, assignments, delegation and follow-up tasks. It will also show you your Efficy extranet interface, which offers a dedicated customer view. 7 2 SCUBA DIVER GO DEEPER... Once you have completed the Bubblemaker level, our Scuba Diver sessions will take you to a higher level. At this stage, you will become a daily user of Efficy CRM with considerable skills. Most importantly, this scuba diving experience will give you the necessary usage techniques and strategies specific to your position. PROJECT MODULE MARKETING MODULE & FLEXMAIL ESSENTIALS Duration Reference 1/2 DAY TRS-03 Duration Reference 1/2 DAY TRS-04 The purpose of this training is to familiarize yourself with the management of your Efficy Project Module. You will learn how to define your new projects, how to plan resources using the dedicated calendar. This training will deepen your knowledge of task assignment and follow-up mechanisms. Thanks to this training session, your work will be organized in a way that key information about your project is available to all those who need to access or modify them. This hands-on training will introduce you to Efficy Marketing Module and Efficy Profiles Module. You will then learn how to synchronize these two Efficy modules with Flexmail, your ing tool. You will also acquire the basic skills necessary to the creation of newsletters or ing campaigns. At the end of the day, managing your own events and campaigns will be an easy task for you. Whatever it is that stimulates your interest, Efficy Diving Academy has the right training course. As an open water diver, you will specialize in your Efficy CRM with advanced techniques. TEMPLATES MODULE FLEXMAIL ADVANCED * * Given by Flexmail Duration Reference 1/2 DAY TRO-01 Duration Reference 1/2 DAY TRO-02 During this hands-on training, discover how to create Document- and Templates in MS-Office, how to use and share them among your colleagues in order to ensure automated company communication. Templates are very useful when you need to create customer invoices, offers or when you have a recurring model you would like all employees use when then send an to your customers. With this training you bring homogeneity within your company. During this technical training you will get to know all standard Flexmail features step by step. At the end of the training you will have the technical knowledge to set up your marketing strategy. You will learn how to manage your contacts, create messages and forms, how to send out campaigns and analyze your results. You will also dive deeper into the marketing automation possibilities of Flexmail, where you ll learn how to set up simple and multi-step automated scenarios for your sales follow-ups, events and more. All users who need to create or handle standardized documents and templates. Basic knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-Outlook is necessary. You shall also have a few months of experience with Efficy given that, to make the most of this training, knowledge of the Efficy database fields and data model is essential. 9 LEVEL #3 OPEN WATER DIVER QUERIES MODULE Reference TRO-03 During this hands-on training, you will become an expert of your Efficy Query Tool. You will learn how to create, run and share Queries based on your Efficy database in order to get the most of your data. After this training, you will be able to answer questions key to the development of your business activity, for example, how many customers you have in a certain region, who are your most loyal customers, what are the products you sell the most, etc.. You will also learn how to customize your screen views All end users who will have to issue reports, use contact lists to send s, analyse business growth etc. Few months of experience with Efficy will be needed as well as knowledge of Efficy database fields and data model. INVOICING MODULE Reference TRO-04 This training offers a discovery of our Efficy Invoicing Module. You will learn how to invoice recurring (or not) products, services, files and projects. You will be taught how all those services can be invoiced based on your Efficy Timesheets and thanks to your invoicing template. At the end of the day, you will be able to manage the whole invoicing process of your company. All end users dedicated to the invoicing procedure in your company. You will learn amongst other things about the different datatypes, graphs and components which you can use to give your user as clear information as possible. In this hands-on training, the features of Efficy Designer will be presented in order to understand how you can create and manage users and groups of users.
