Trailing movements may be made through the switch regardless of its position. Flint Service Track - MP 270 to MP Contact Bristol Road Yardmaster pri to occupying track. Durand - Planned Wk may be used as a method of On-Track Safety without Track & Time within the limits of the control point at Durand. When this is done, the employee in charge must ascertain from the RTC that all trains on the conflicting route have a copy of the Planned Wk. On-Track Safety Rule 502 paragraph B will not apply.

5 12 Durand - HESR at Durand has established a Remote Control Zone (RCZ) f the operation of Remote Control Locomotives. Remote Control Zone begins at the main track switch to the Vernon Lead (HESR MP 69.28) and continues to and includes the switch to the Durand Yard Nth Yard Lead, and through the West Yard crossover to the Extension Track to and including the switch to the West Yard Lead. When signs display "RCZ-ACTIVE" (reflective yellow with black lettering), the Remote Control Zone is active and trains and engines must not enter move within the RCZ without receiving verbal permision from the Remote Control Operat Feman. This infmation must be repeated and acknowledged. When these signs display a plain green reflective panel, the RCZ is inactive, and the RCZ restrictions do not apply. Lansing Yard - MP The use of hand brakes to secure unattended cars, as outlined in Rule 602, is not required in yard tracks at Lansing yard. This exception does not apply to the Millett pass at Lansing. Mill - Erickson Plant (MP 214.9) - Engine must not be operated on trackage 300 feet nth of the plant road crossing, which is located at the nth end of the plant yard.
