Stop along the way for photos and fascinating narratives of Hawaii s history, culture, folklore, and legends. Identify the native plants, wildlife, and trees as you cruise by them. Comfortable helmets and safe operating procedures make for a ride that s safe and controlled, but still fun and exciting. Your cruiser bike comes equipped with wide comfy saddles, high-rise handlebars, and disc brakes for the ultimate in control. This ride is 100% downhill and 100% fun. A Robert Trent Jones Jr. design, this Kauai golf course is an ocean links style course featuring spectacular vistas including 7 holes with water hazards. This beautiful and secluded waterway flows through the Hule ia National Wildlife Refuge, home to rare and endangered Hawaiian water birds. Pass the Alekoko, or Menehune Fishpond, which is an interesting example of the ancient Hawaiian fishing and aquaculture methods. Upon arriving at your destination, enter Hidden Valley, a secluded and private watershed, with a pristine rainforest complete with plants, birds and aquatic life, both native and introduced. Stop along the way to see waterfalls and swim in two different swimming holes! Beverages, deli lunch, and use of a dry bag. A towel will be provided.
