3 INTRODUCTION Gibraltar Design is pleased to present this High School Report to the Superintendent and the School Board of Trustees. This document provides the final design intent and relevant information compiled through the efforts of the VCS Administrative Team, Superintendent s Advisory Committee, high school coaches & staff, and the design and construction professional team. Gibraltar Design s goal is the same as that of the Administrative Leadership and Board of School Trustees: The goal of modernization for High School is to provide the students with the best educational environment in every regard for enhanced learning, opportunity, and achievement.
