2 Registration and accommodation: Registration Compulsory Control Closing date Entry fee only online under Registration is only possible for teams, boys 3 players / team, girls 2 players / team Registrating clubs are obliged to guarantee legal compulsory control of their players. Therefore online registration is only possible with the nomination of a supervisor(s). The organisation does not provide legal compulsory control for the participants! Sunday, , 24:00 Uhr When the maximum number of participants is reached the organisers reserve the right to close registration. If the minimum number of participants is not be reached the organisers reserve the right to cancel the event. 25 per player Entry fee includes participation in team and single, free local traffic ticket as well as participant T- Shirt Accommodation There are limited places in school sports halls at a price of 5 per person and night, including breakfast. In addition guest houses and hotels offer accommodation, which can be bindingly booked at online registration. Participant registration Participant reception The complete participant registration comprises online registration and payment of entry fee and if applicable costs for accommodation to the account of the organisers at the latest by 30th April The applicant will receive confirmation via . The complete tournament documents with participant identification, starting numbers etc will be handed out at the participant reception on Friday, 25th May 2012 from 15:00 to 22:00 in the foyer of the venue. General information on team and individual : Rules Mode Positions Drawing International rules of the ITTF and playing rules of the DTTB and the TTTV apply. All matches will be played with 3 winning games. All will be played in preliminary round groups and placing matches. All positions will be played off. The organisers will allocate positions in all. 3 Prizes Prizes will be awarded to a total value of approx for team and single. The first 3 in all will receive awards. All results of teams and players will be incorporated into the team valuation of the "Jena Junior Team Trophy" (see below). Award ceremony The Award ceremony will be held on Monday, 28th May 2012 at the end of all, probably around at a central venue. Team : Competitions There will be 6 team : girls, boys, girl cadets A, boy cadets A, girl cadets B and boy cadets B. Competitions girls, girl cadets A and girl cadets B will be played in 2-player teams. Competitions boys, boy cadets A and boy cadets B will be played in 3-player teams. A maximum of 3 players can be announced for 2-player teams, a maximum of 4 players can be announced for 2-player teams Playing system team 2-player teams play in accordance with the Corbillon-Cup- System (A1-B1, A2-B2, DA-DB, A1-B2, A2-B1). Lineup is arbitrary. Team match ends when one team has won 3 games. 3-player teams play in accordance with the Modifizierten Swaythling-Cup-System (A1-B2, A2-B1, A3-B3, DA-DB, A1- B1, A3-B2, A2-B3). The best player of the valid team lineup has to play in position 1, position 2 and 3 are arbitrary. Team match ends when one team has won 4 games. Deadlines team For team following deadlines apply: Girls/boys: Players, born on/after Cadets A: Players, born on/after Cadets B: Players, born on/after Important: Proof of birthdays (e.g. indentification card copy, official registrations document etc) have to be carried along and presented on demand. If absent the player may be disqualified! Page 3

4 Single : Competitions Eligibility There will be a total of 16 single ; 8 each for girls and boys. They will be played according to age groups 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2001 and younger. Only players that have been registered for the team are allowed to play in single. Participation only in single is not possible! Informationen on the Team Trophy: Jena Junior Team Trophy Points from the 6 team Points from the 16 single Points from the team presentations Points from the Karaoke competition Bonus points The "Jena Junior Team Trophy" is the valuation of the total points of all participating clubs. It comprises the points of the results as well as the active attendance of other event activities. 1st place = 100 points 2nd place= 80 points 3rd place = 70 points 4th place = 60 points other places each 5 points (55, 50, 45 etc.) 10 basic points for each registered team 3rd place = 35 points 4th place = 30 points other places each 3 points (27, 24, 21 etc.) 6 basic points for each registered player 3rd place = 30 points 20 basic points for each participating club An independent jury, constituted by the organisers, will carry out the evaluation. The team presentation will take place on Saturday, 26 th May 2012, starting at 20:00 in the youth centre HUGO of the AWO Kreisverbandes Jena-Weimar e.v. in der Hugo-Schrade-Str., Jena. 3rd place = 30 points 20 basic points for each participating club An independent jury, constituted by the organisers, will carry out the evaluation. The Karaoke competition will take place on Sunday, 27 th May 2012, starting at 20:00 in the youth centre HUGO of the AWO Kreisverbandes Jena-Weimar e.v. in der Hugo-Schrade-Str., Jena. Clubs with more than 10 participants = 25 points German club with the most participants = 25 points Page 4

Miscellaneous: Subject of change To ensure the smooth running of the tournament, changes to the running of the programme can be made at the organisers discretion.
