2 The 19th Asian School Tenpin Bowling Championships will be conducted in accordance with Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 of World Bowling Statutes and Playing Rules as of May Federation Information Chinese Taipei Bowling Association Address: Room 508, No.20, Zhulun St, Taipei City 10489, Taiwan, R.O.C. The deadline to submit the intention of participation is on or before August 20, The official entry form (Form B), Bowler s Information form (Form C), Media Accreditation form (Form D), Arrival and Departure form (Form E), Rooming List (Form F), Unofficial Practice Reservation form (Form G) are attached. We would like to remind all ABF Member Federations that only federations who are currently paid up members of World Bowling and Asian Bowling Federation are allowed to participate in the championships. Each Federation is allowed to submit a maximum of two boys teams and two girls teams. The official delegation shall include: a. A maximum four boys players and four girls players for each team b. Coaches for players c. Administrators for players d. Medical officers including sport psychologist and sport physiotherapist

3 *Only those born on or after January 1, 2000 are eligible to participate in the 19th Asian School Tenpin Bowling Championships The official delegation is invited to all official functions including the Opening Ceremony as well as the Victory Banquet. * Please return Form A even if your federation does not intend to participate in the 19th Asian School Tenpin Bowling Championships. 3. Phone : Fees Entry Fee for Delegation The 19th Asian School Tenpin Bowling Championships entry fee is US$200 per person for all players, coaches and administrators as well as any extra person in the official delegation. These fees cover accreditation card, transportation, participation in Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, and the Victory Banquet. Entry Fee for Guests/ Supporters The entry fee for guests and supporters is US$150 per person. These fees cover accreditation card, transportation, entry into bowling venue, participation in the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, and the Victory Banquet. Guests and supporters may reserve rooms in the official hotels subject to availability of rooms in each hotel.

6 Press Officials Unless they have other duties (another capacity) related to a team or federation at the 19th Asian School Tenpin Bowling Championships, there will be no entry fee for accredited press officials except for participation in the Victory Banquet.
