5 3) HOTEL /ENTRY PACKAGE The following package rate per person includes the official entry fee (US$150, inclusive of US$10 to CTBF), 8 nights stay at Pyramid Tower on twin sharing basis, daily buffet breakfast, airport transfer and return, Entry to the championship venue, Opening Ceremony & Reception and Victory Banquet. Double Occupancy for 8 nights with Buffet Breakfast - US$670 (Supporters US$620) Single Occupancy for 8 nights with Buffet Breakfast - US$1,150 (Supporters US$1,100) For additional night stay per room per night with Breakfast - US$135 All reservations must be made through the Host Tournament Committee with Form B and have to be pre-paid to the Host Tournament Committee by 15 December Please understand that the special room rates will not be available for reservations made directly at the hotel and that we cannot provide a shuttle service from/to the airport or from/to Sunway Megalanes if Federations decide to stay in any other hotel. 6 5) TECHNICAL INFORMATION Mr. Yap Kok Wee from Singapore, an international technical official formerly attached to Kegel Asia, now residing in the Philippines, has been appointed Technical Delegate of the V Commonwealth by Mr. Julian Pace Bonello, President of CTBF.
