2 World Junior Championships 2019: Bulletin 3 WORLD BOWLING and France Tenpin Bowling Association (FFBSQ) proudly present the World Junior Championships 2019 Bulletin 3 for WORLD BOWLING member federations. The World Junior Championships 2019 will be hosted by World Bowling, France Tenpin Bowling Association and Plaza Saint Maximin. Eligibility to participate Only players born on January 1, December 31, 2005 are eligible to participate in the 2019 World Junior Championships. Each member federation is entitled to select a maximum of 4 athletes, 2 boys and 2 girls. Further information regarding the rules of this Championships can be found under Chapter 6 of the World Bowling statutes, here: Forms A, B, C, D, E and F are attached to this Bulletin. DUE TO THE SPACE AND TIME LIMITATIONS THAT EXIST FOR THIS CHAMPIONSHIPS, THE ENTRY DEADLINE OF FEBRUARY 15, 2019 WILL LIKELY BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. The payment deadline remains February 15, The last date of receipt of registration/form A is also now February 15; no registration will be accepted after that date. Unofficial practice may be scheduled directly with Plaza Bowling. Plaza Bowling is open daily open from 10 o clock, they can book any time except Friday March 15 after 19:00 and Saturday March 16 after 12:00. your requests to loisir@plazasaintmaximin.fr. It is likely that all of the Semi-Finals will be incorporated into competition at Plaza St. Maximin, and that all the Finals will be conducted on March 23. The Finals lanes will be installed into the Judo Hall in Paris, and seating will be available for perhaps 1,000 people. There will be full television broadcast of the Finals, which will air on global commercial channels, and the Olympic Channel in other areas. We will have confirmation of the March 23 schedule after the February 15 payment deadline has passed, and we are able to finalize the St. Maximin schedule.

Various Facilities and Services Website Various information related to the WJC 2019 will be available at worldbowling.org no later than November 15, 2018 including all necessary information. Press Area One meeting room will be used for the press. Space will be provided for approximately 20 press officials. All press officials will be connected through a wireless network to access the internet at no cost. Press officials are expected bring their own laptops. A printer will be available. Press Conferences Sufficient space for press conferences will be provided after the conclusion of each discipline and/or when necessary. Result Services The latest technology will be in use both for the press officials and for accumulation and presentation of scores and standings. Scores will be shown in the venue on appropriate display units. Online results will be available as well. Bus Services All delegations of the championships staying in one of the host hotels will be met in the Charles de Gaulle International Airport. Similar service will be provided for departures. Similar service on a scheduled basis will be available between the host hotel and Plaza Bowling. Equipment Storage Ball Park in the bowling center will be used to store the equipment. A secure system for storage will be in place. There will be an easy and short distance from Ball Park to the lanes. Farewell Banquet The banquet will be held on March 23, 2019 in the evening at the ART D OISE in Saint Maximin. Transportation from the official hotels will be provided for all registered members of delegations. Lane pattern As of January 1, 2016 only one pattern will be used for all disciplines in the championship. The lane pattern Bank has been announced as Bank 40. The selected pattern within that Bank will be announced at the Team Managers meeting March 16, 2019.

8 Team Manager designation During the Championships the registration of Line up for each discipline must be done online. You must nominate at least one of your officials as Team Manager in Form E because our system will create a Password to the Team Manager. If you want anyone else to do the Line- up registration you can of course share the login information with that person in your team. 5. Various Fees WJC 2019 Entry Fee The WJC 2019 entry fee is USD 300. This fee is payable for all delegations, including players, coaches, managers, head of delegations and other officials connected to each team. WJC 2019 Supporters Fee The WJC 2019 Supporter fee is USD 150. Included in the Supporter fee is: - transportation to/from CDG International Airport to one of the official hotels - transportation to/from official hotels bowling center - Victory banquet Prepayment of Fees All fees must be prepaid and payment is to be received by WORLD BOWLING on or before February 15, It is preferred that payments are done by credit card. Payment instructions will be available on the World Bowling website, If your federation want to transfer to the WORLD BOWLING bank account contact the WJC office on 2019WJC@worldbowling.org. All bank charges must be paid by your federation. 6.
