Recruiters are responsible for conducting themselves in accordance with our Scouting & Recruiting Policy and are asked to check in with the venue coordinator. Warm-Up Protocol: As a component of our Concussion Protocol, there is a warm-up protocol in place to help prevent concussions. If athletes/team members are moving through the high impact areas of the court, the referee will make note of it on the scoresheet and Volleyball Alberta staff will contact teams with repercussions. We have prepared a video on the hitting warm-up: End of match protocol: After the match, teams must immediately go to their respective endline, then shake hands with the other team/match official(s) PRIOR to moving off court for team meetings/debriefs. Music: Music may only be played for personal use with headphones in during our events. Our venues are family friendly and the content of music may be inappropriate or distracting to our members and other patrons.
