La Selva, Montegonzi Cavriglia (Ar) - ITALY Francesco (eng, ita) Villa GPS coordinates: The villa address is not recognised by GPS navigators; If you have a GPS please use this coordinates: N: (Latitude) / E: (Longitude) or in Google maps search for "La Selva Giardino del Belvedere (If you follow Google Maps expect to drive longer than the below directions; I don't know why but Google suggest a road that is actually much longer than the one I explained below) Don t use the app Maps in iphone (it show a wrong place); if you can follow the photographic directions below is always better. Arriving from North: Take the main Motorway of Italy A1 MILANO ROMA in direction of Firenze or Roma and exit at VALDARNO (is the first exit after "INCISA-REGGELLO") Arriving from South: Take the main motorway of Italy A1 MILANO ROMA in direction of Milano (or Firenze) and exit at VALDARNO (is the first exit after "AREZZO ). On entering the motorway don t use the Telepass lane and take the ticket issued by the automatic ticketing machine by pressing the button. The ticket is required for calculating your toll at your exit from the motorway, then store it in a safe place so as not to lose it. When you arrive at A1 VALDARNO EXIT: Don t use the Telepass lane and pay the motorway toll with the ticket you collect on the entrance; you can pay with cash or credit cards. Put your mileage counter to ZERO and follow the directions below; in 9.8 km (about 15 minutes) you will arrive at the villa. These directions are made arriving from the A1 highway; If you drive from Radda or Gaiole in Chianti follow the sign for Montevarchi; after you pass the turn for Cavriglia keep on the main road for 4.7 km and turn right at the street that has a sign for La Selva (before arriving in Montevarchi) then follow the directions below from point 10. If you drive from a nearest hotel or B&B only the last few pages of the document will be relevant for you. I suggest you to ask the hotel reception to show you the shorter way to the villa; also if you are only few kms away is very easy to get lost and mobile phone reception is really bad in the area. If you arrive from another area of Italy or need to arrange a taxi/driver please write me (francesco@chianti-farm.com) your departure point and I will be happy to help you. 2 1) Mileage counter: 0.2 km sign for: Montevarchi pag. 2 of 8 2) Mileage counter: 1,5 Km Turn right Signs for: - Montevarchi 3) mileage counter 1,4 km Sign for : - Montevarchi continue up and over the bridge (up the A1 Motorway and the Arno river)

Take the 3rd exit (underpass the railroad) sign for : - Gaiole - Siena - Radda
