3 Welcome Welcome to the 2018 Texas Volleyball Coaches Clinic! On behalf of our entire staff, we welcome you to the University of Texas. This information packet will hopefully answer most of the questions you have about our clinic. Please read through it carefully! Information may also be found on our website. Contact Information Nathan Mendoza Camp Director Phone Fax Website Clinic Location The Texas Volleyball Coaches Clinic is held in the Volleyball Player Development Center, located in the North End Zone of Darrell K Royal Texas Memorial Stadium. Darrell K Royal Texas Memorial Stadium 405 E. 23 rd Street Austin, TX Registration REGISTRATION WILL BE HELD IN THE FOOD COURT AREA OF THE NORTH END ZONE. TO ACCESS THIS AREA, ENTER THROUGH GATE 14 OF THE NORTH END ZONE. Once you enter the Food Court area, proceed to the registration table. After registration you will proceed to the Volleyball Player Development Center for an opportunity to tour the facility until the clinic begins. Parking The best option for parking will be Manor Garage. The Manor Garage is located on the east side of Darrell K Royal Texas Memorial Stadium and is within close walking distance to the clinic. Upon exiting Manor Garage, proceed north toward 23 rd street, then turn left to get to Gate 14 of the North End Zone. Surface lot parking on the UT campus requires a permit. The campus is closely monitored by UTPTS and parking on campus without a permit will result in a citation. PLEASE READ ALL SIGNS CAREFULLY. Sorry, but the TEXAS VOLLEYBALL COACHES CLINIC CANNOT PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH APPEALS FOR TICKETS ISSUED BY THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS AND WILL NOT PAY FINES INCURRED. Maps / Directions Please visit the Maps page of our website to see links to Google Maps of all volleyball related camp facilities. This includes Manor Parking Garage and Darrell K Royal Texas Memorial Stadium. Please look at the maps prior to arriving. What I Need Each participant will receive a pad folio with pen and a clinic handout. The handout will have court diagrams as well as blank pages for you to take notes during the clinic. If you would like to bring an ipad, laptop, etc please do so. Please note there will not be any outlets available to charge devices during the clinic. 2

4 Payment Information Should you need to make a final payment, you may do so during check in. Credit Card information, check, or money order will be accepted at this time. CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT ANY TIME. Refund and Cancellation Policy Should you need to cancel your registration, please contact the Texas Volleyball Camp. There are no refunds or credits of any portion of the clinic fee for participants who cancel 96 hours (four days) prior to the date of the event. There are no refunds for a "no show" or if a participant departs early. Refunds will be issued based on the method of payment. 1. Fees paid by credit card will be refunded back to the same card. a. If the credit card you use for payment is no longer active, please contact the camp director immediately. 2. Fees paid with check, money order, or cashier s check will have a refund check mailed from the University of Texas Accounting Office. This process may take 4 6 weeks. 3
