8 No Limits 18.1 & 18.2 Est. Price: $ Tournament Schedule No Limits 18.1 Any limited team at any age division would be an 8 tournament season lasting over 4 months (Jan-April) at the price of $1800. The team would have 2 hour and a half practice a week. These team will have at least one qualified/certified coach. Possible two coaches if our club has the manpower for it!

10 Signing Dates & Tryouts (Times and Locations) & Information OFF SEASON PERIOD - The off season is now much shorter than what it has been in years past. It use to be May-September, but it is now May-July 5th. During this time frame any an all players from any club can attend, participate, and work out at any club within the region. Although you and your athlete can only communicate about next seasons opportunities with your current USAV affiliated club. Any coaches, players, parents, or any other club representative are not legally allow to discuss, verbally promise/offer, or provide any written contract for the 2019 to you or your athlete until the Evaluation Window. EVALUATION WINDOW/PERIO D - Begins on July 5th and lasts until July 20th. During this time frame ONLY verbal commitments are allowed. Coaches, parents, players, and club representatives are allowed to communicate freely about any 2019 opportunities such as open positions on a team being on a team in general. Written contracts or financial agreements are ILLEGAL. ONLINE COMMITMENT SYSTEM - This season the NTR is starting a new program where clubs can legally sign and commit players prior to the USAV club affiliation date, which is Sept. 1st. These new signing dates for the NTR are below. 11 Each athlete must register with USA Volleyball on the Region website ( ) and pay the USA Volleyball registration fee prior to signing or trying out. confirmations from the North Texas Region must be presented at tryouts. Please allow at least 30 minutes for registration and paperwork. Each athlete needs to be accompanied by a parent/guardian to turn in the necessary paperwork and sign documentation.
