Virtuallyallcitiesor studies claiming camerasimprovesafety or savelives areboughtandpaidforfraud. Thejigisup.Camerapromotersaregettingsodesperatetheyarenowhiringcopsdisguisedasindependent,objective researcherstospindoctorcamerasintoasafetysuccessstory(see:texasdotreport,arizonaandphiladelphia).they arealsodeceptivelyusingdatafrom2008,whichisarecordalltimesafeyearsince1965,duetoahugedropinmileage travelled(100billionmiles).nocorrelationtocameras.mostintegrityproblemsarenotedintheresultscolumn.
