Full payment of CAF team fees at the time of registration % Deposit on Registration initial deposit due at time of registration with a scheduled payment for the remaining balance due May 15, Note: teams choosing a payment plan option Balances are due in full May 15 th, Payment methods PLEASE NOTE ALL CAF LEAGUE PAYMENTS REQUIRE a 50% DEPOSIT. Fees are required through CAF online payment, Credit Card, E-Transfers or Cheque prior to the team being placed in their Division. Cheques are payable to the Canadian Academy of Futbol Inc. Any Credit Card Payments must be authorized through the Academy Director and meet the same applicable deadlines. Referee Fees Each team must pay half of the referee(s) fee BEFORE the start of each game. Payment must be made in cash directly to the referee(s) assigned for each game. 7 Please Mark [X] the following boxes after you ve read them All Academy Clubs must have a $1000 Bond on file in order to participate in Outdoor Programs Games will not be permitted to start until referee(s) have been paid in full by both teams Coaches/Manager must frequently check provided/league website for all updates and general information Teams are required to provide their own uniforms with permanent numbers on the back of the jersey. Goalie uniform must be a different colour then the rest of the team with a permanent number. Players and Team Officials must have valid OSA books stamped for 2016 Outdoor Season at ALL League games. It is the responsibility of the coaches to request officials check game sheets or books on issues arising through competition. I have read and understand the 2016 outdoor season important dates and information. League schedule, standings and updates can be found off the Outdoor pages on the CAF Website at cafsoccer.com.
