1 The Member Services Committee of HKSFA is hosting a fun and exciting Bubble Soccer game for fellow members and friends to spend a weekend afternoon. You will find people smashing into each other, bouncing, bumping and rolling around the field in a big inflatable bubble. It s just too hilarious to play and watch. Enjoying the laughter and pleasure from the game, the winning teams will also be awarded with prizes, trophies and certificates. Here are the event details: Date: Saturday, 21 st March 2015 Time: Venue: Charge*: (Including snacks and drinks) 2:30p.m. 4:30p.m. 6/F, Grande Building, Kwun Tong Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon. HK$150 per HKSFA Member (Player) HK$200 per Non-member / Guest (Player) HK$80 per HKSFA Member (Spectator) HK$100 per Non-member / Guest (Spectator) Dress Code: Language: Team Arrangement: Maximum Capacity: Sports Casual Medium of Instruction Chinese (Cantonese) / English 3 players per team (participants could register as a team, or HKSFA staff office will team up by random draw) 36 pax (Players) 30 pax (Spectators) Age and Height of Player: Age Height - 1.2M or above Remarks: - The charge includes bubbles, goals, soccer ball and coach support. - Please arrive at the venue 15 minutes in advance. The event will start at 2:30pm sharp. No make-up session(s) will be arranged for late-comers. - Participants should leave the venue 15 minutes after the event. - Participants should be aware of personal hygiene and sanitation. - Photo-taking will be allowed at the event. Bubble Football Hong Kong reserves the copyright of all photos, videos and other media taken from their equipment during the event. - Smoking is prohibited. - No outside food and drinks are allowed. - Participants should take good care of personal belongings. The event provider and HKSFA are not responsible for any personal loss. - Only registered players and spectator are allowed to stay and attend the event. - In the event of a dispute, the decision of HKSFA shall be final and binding. 2 Playing Rules: Appropriate closed-toed footwear must be worn. All jewelry must be removed. Irremovable jewelry must be covered. Participants must wear a proper T-Shirt (no tank tops or muscle shirts) Teams must have three (3) players on the field and may include one (1) team member of the opposite gender. Each game will last for four (4) minutes and no half time in the preliminary and 2 nd round. Semi-finals and final will last for six (6) minutes. Kick-off The ball will be placed in the center of the field, and teams line up along their goal line. When the whistle blows, teams may run to the ball for possession. This will occur every time a goal is scored. There is no designated goal keeper. If you wish to have one of your team member stand in front of the goal, this is acceptable. Free Kicks Free kicks are given at the discretion of the referee. If players are playing in an overly aggressive manner then a free kick will be awarded to the opposing team. If a free kick is awarded, the opposition must be five (5) meters away from where the kick is being taken. Offside No offside laws will be applied in this competition. Balls in Bubbles If the ball lands inside a bubble, play will stop and the ball retrieved. The referee will then conduct a drop ball with one member from each team. Contact between bubbles It is forbidden to hit a player from behind or to aim your bubble at another player s legs. Any illegal contact will result in a penalty shot against the opposing team by the wronged player. It is also forbidden to fiercely go at a player who does not have the ball, or a player who is down trying to get up. You must play the ball and follow the game. Do not bump another player without making sure he/she saw your first. The Referee s decision is final. No objections.

After completing the registration and payment process, you will receive notifications with registration details. A reminder will also be sent before the event begins. If you have not received the notification or reminder from HKSFA, it is your responsibility to contact HKSFA to confirm your registration. Policy for Substitutions, Cancellations and No Show: 1. Registrations should be paid in full before the commencement of the event. Immediate payment is required upon confirmation. Full amount will still be charged for no show or cancellation made after Friday, 13 th March 2015, this would include those whose payment mode is by cheque but have not sent in the cheque to complete the payment process. 2. Should the registration fee remains outstanding, HKSFA reserves the right to disallow entrance to the event. 3. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and confirmed by from HKSFA by Friday, 13 th March Refund of the event fee (less an administration fee of HK$80 per person) will be given for cancellation received by Friday, 13 th March For payment made by credit card, refund will be handled through the bank, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing. The amount will be refunded to the paid credit card account. - For registrants whose payment mode is by cheque, even if the cheque has not been sent to HKSFA in full amount, the HK$80 administration fee is strictly applicable and must be settled by registrants. - For payment made by cash, HKSFA will arrange the refund cheque sending to registrants by mail, the amount will be the event fee less the administration fee HK$ No refund will be given for cancellation received after Friday, 13 th March Substitutions are allowed. Please notify us prior to the event. - Non-member rate applies if the substitute is not an HKSFA member. - Non-member individual or family unit cannot substitute for member individual or family unit unless the rate difference has been settled.
