2 Annually informs clubs of their current status in relation to meeting FA Charter Standard criteria Support clubs in tracking the validity of their voluntary workforce in relation to their Coaches/First Aider being up to date Hopefully reduce number of clubs losing accreditation each season Provide greater communication and support for clubs from County FA Provide clubs with online tools through the FA Whole Game System (WGS)

3 Allow clubs to allocate Volunteers to their teams Identify volunteer workforce within your club Shows when awards expire FA Whole Game System to assist club officials in administrating their club

4 Getting started... Internet Connection Computer Club Secretary s FAN and Password! STEP 1 Log onto If you are a League Official, Club Official, Referee, Coach and/or Player it is extremely likely you have a FAN already. Please contact the Durham County FA Governance department on to obtain/create a FAN number and be sent a password.

8 STEP 5 Check all teams are showing and with correct information If not please contact the Durham FA Governance Department on Andy Brown Club Name Team Name Team Name Team Name Team Name

9 STEP 6 Any coaches who s qualifications are out of date or due to expire will be flagged as red for expired and yellow for due to expire. To view what has been flagged simply click on the coaches name. 10 STEP 7 Please ensure the correct coaches are aligned to the correct team, if not select Add Official you will need their FAN number and Date of Birth. 11 STEP 8 Once all the individuals are aligned to the correct team in their correct role, the qualification report needs to be downloaded and ed to andrew.brown@durhamfa.com Andy Brown Topdog Juniors Dog & Duck Juniors FC Dog & Duck FC Dog & Duck Juniors FC Once downloaded, return to Team Officials page, at the bottom, confirm then click next for final stage. 12 STEP 9 Coaches who were flagged as requiring qualifications to be renewed will be shown here. Click on the box next to the action to in put a comment relating to how this will be rectified. At the bottom you then have the option to save or submit.

13 STEP 10 Once you ve made any necessary amendments to the teams and necessary comments in the action plan section you select submit and completed Health Check will be sent to Andy Brown at the Durham County FA. This will then be processed along with the qualification report you have ed.
