3 St. Cloud City Council adopted Resolution No R during the Council Meeting on March 8 th. The resolution authorizes two citywide garage sales for the following dates: April nd and November th. Every resident and property owner, within the City limits, automatically qualifies for the citywide no-fee permit. Those conducting garage sales do not need a hard-copy permit during the above dates. For more information on City permits, visit or call (407) On March 22, 2018, during the Council Meeting, Mayor Nathan Blackwell presented the City of St. Cloud s revised Vision, Mission and Strategic Plan Goal Statements. These statements will be on display in the Chambers and throughout City Hall.

8 The Kissimmee Police Department, St. Cloud Police Department and Osceola County Sheriff s Office will begin an intensive program of stopping and ticketing drivers who do not yield to people in crosswalks starting April 18th. We need your help to make Osceola County safer for people walking. You can help by: 1) Looking for people in crosswalks. 2) Yielding by stopping or slowing for the pedestrian as the law requires. 3) Encouraging others to do the same. Be a Good model Stop or yield, avoid a ticket and help keep people walking safe!
