WAG MUSIC We will be using a laptop to play floor music and request that labelled CDs or Thumb Drives to be provided to the announcers table. TEAM TRAINERS ROOM Team Medical Staff will not have access to the competition floor to give medical treatments. Team Rooms will be provided in the Recreation and Wellness Center (across from gyms 3, 4 and 5) for therapists to set up their treatment tables and give treatment. Delegations are asked to contact the organizing committee (Jacinda@jusbtounce.ca) if they would like to book one of these rooms for use.

4 DELEGATES MEALS & ACCOMMODATIONS For those delegates that have purchased the Full Service Option, your accommodations will be provided in either the South Village Residence or the Simcoe Village Residence Building at Durham College. Meals will be served in the Dining Hall at the South Village for all delegates. All delegates are 2 per room in two-bedroom suites and some open concept suites with two double beds. Bed Linens and Towels are provided, along with bars of soap and shampoo. Parking is free at the residence for those staying on-site. Delegates who have selected the No Service option are still welcome to purchase meals on-site at either the Concession Stands in the Recreation and Wellness Center OR in the Dining Hall at the South Village Residence. Prices are as follows Breakfast - $8.35, Lunch - $12.10 and Dinner - $15.70 (taxes extra) MEAL SCHEDULE Breakfast 6:00am-10:00am Lunch - 11:30am-2:30pm Dinner - 4:30pm-7:30pm *Dinner will remain open until 8:30pm on Friday night only Boxed Lunches/Dinners When an athlete or coach is not able to get to the Dining Hall during the stated Meal Times, forms can be obtained from the front cash in the Dining Hall and submitted to request a boxed lunch/dinner. This can be arranged with the Dining Hall staff directly and 3 hours notice is required. DIETARY RESTRICTIONS The dining hall staff have requested that you identify yourself upon arrival so that they may present the meal options available for you. JUDGES MEALS Lunch & Dinner on Saturday AND Lunch on Sunday will be provided for judges in G2021. This is to help save time if you cannot run back to the Dining Hall! CHECK-IN PROCEDURE Each Head of Delegation will be responsible for arranging the Check-In of their group. Check-In time is 3pm and Check-Out Time is 11am and will be done in the residence Hall that your group is sleeping in. (Simcoe Village or South Village Residence). The specific building that your delegation will be staying in will be communicated to each delegation directly once rooming lists are finalized. DELEGATES TRANSPORTATION Chartered Buses will be available to and from the airport or train station for any delegation travelling as a group and using our accommodation packages. We will do a maximum of two different pick-up times per province. Final travel arrangements must be submitted with your delegations registration form.

ATHLETE BANQUET Sunday May 13 7:30pm till 11:00pm Gyms 1 & 2 - Athlete Banquet will be a Dance Party with Bounce Entertainment as our featured DJ company with an MC, live dancers, prize pack giveaways Photo Booth and more! Delegations are required to provide supervision for their own athletes while at the banquet. Appetizers and snacks will be served! Wristbands required for entry.
