Who benefits from reflexology? It is for anyone who enjoys a foot massage and manipulation. It helps those with diabetes since it increases circulation in the feet and lower legs, which can prevent future problems. It is for anyone with poor circulation in the feet and hands. It also can help with plantar fasciitis as it loosens the fascia on the plantar side of the foot. Our reflexologist name is deb turner. Her rate is $15.00 for a 25 minute session. Here are a few facts regarding our service: *Open to Lebanon Residents *We kindly request 48 hrs. notice. *The vans are able to bring you to doctor appointments, shopping, wellness trips and other functions such as activities at the Senior Center. *Our office is open to take calls Monday thru Friday from 8:30 ~ 12:00pm. After 12:00 please leave a message or send an to: seniorvan@lebanontownhall.org *Please keep in mind when schools are closed our vans do not run. *We ask that out of town appointments be made in the morning if possible. *We welcome comments and or suggestions.
