Barb and I went down to Buckeye timeout and had a great time just relaxing and having fun. The district team did a great job of organizing everything including a s mores contest euchre tournament ( which I m pretty sure I finished last in) and a corn hole tournament ( which Tom Flood and I came in second at) I think if our bean bags hadn t started exploding we could have taken the whole thing. The main thing was we had a lot of fun. Hopefully next year we ll see you there as well. The new website is now up and running. It s still a work in progress but Evie is making great strides with it. Make sure you send her lots of pictures of your adventures this summer and some of your classic ones as well. We had visitors at our last gathering! I would like to welcome Dave & Terry Anderle with their black 1800 trike as well as Philip Vink and Darrell Ludwig. Phillip has a black F6B and Darrell has a Red Yamaha V star 950. If you see them around make sure you say hi.

3 Our last scheduled ride is this weekend! Saturday the 15 th Roy will lead us down to Wheeling WV for wings at Ponderosa. He and Tom pre rode the route and promise lots of great scenery and roads that Barb will approve of. That means slightly less curvy than normal. We will meet at the Mc Donalds at 303 and 71 at 8AM kickstands up at 8:30 sharp full tanks and empty bladders please. Hope to see everyone there. Dave While out riding this time of year make sure to watch out for wet leaves and other debris in the road. Remember that your tires are colder and will have less grip than normal until they get warmed up so take it easy when starting out. One last thing, it may feel warm as you begin your ride but the temperature can drop quickly leaving you vulnerable to hypothermia so make sure to pack extra layers so you can stay safe and comfy. One last, last thing watch out for deer as they are on the move this time of year and can dart out without a moments notice.
