All Seasonal reservation payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds are prohibited for weather condition, voluntary departure, and acts of nature or evictions. CAMPSITES: Cancellations made at least 21 days in advance of your reservation will be subject to a $50 processing fee. The balance will be refunded in the form in which it was paid. Cancellations made between 20 days prior and 2 days prior to your arrival date will be subject to a $50 processing fee and will be refunded in the form of camping credit good for one year. For cancellations less than 48 hours before check-in, deposit will be forfeited. RENTAL UNITS: Deposit will be forfeited for all cancellations. When checking in, please arrive before 10 pm on Friday and Saturday and before 7 pm Sunday-Thursday. MAXIMUM PERSONS Campsites: 6, Rental units: 6. This includes all adults, children and babies. All rates include 2 adults and 2 children 3-17 years of age. WHEELCHAIR ACCESS Available in 4 lodges, 1 bathhouse, arcade, spray pool and snack bar. Motorcycles, Rollerskates, Scooters, and Skateboards are not permitted. PETS 2 dogs or cats only. $75 nonrefundable pet fee for rental units; no pet fee on campsites.
