1 Important Inflatable Notes Loading, Transporting and Unloading. Inflatables are very heavy! The units we offer weigh between 200 and 400 lbs. Please remember that it is the patron s responsibility to load and unload equipment for services rendered. A full size, open bed pickup truck and a minimum of 2 people capable of lifting 150 lbs each are required for pick-up and return of our larger items. Cleaning. Frequently, other customers that have reserved an inflatable for their special event are picking up the same unit that you are returning. Please return it in the condition that you would like to receive it in. The Use of Silly String is Strictly Prohibited. Silly String cannot be used in, on or around any inflatable because it chemically bonds (like glue) to any vinyl surface. The inflatables are made of vinyl. Silly String removal could cost you hundreds of dollars. Return Times. Customers that have reserved an inflatable for their special event are allowed to pick up that item when the facility opens. Frequently, they are picking up the unit that you are returning. Please make certain your plans include the prompt return of their inflatable. Inflatables Must Not Get Wet. If the unit is to be used in an area with automatic sprinklers make certain the system has been shut OFF at least one full day prior to and on the day of your event. The setup area must be dry. Wait until dew has evaporated before setting up; take down and secure indoors before it settles on the unit. Inflatables cannot be left outdoors overnight; indoors only. Inflatable rental patrons agree to pay MCCS a $50.00 minimum maintenance fee per inflatable due upon check-in if returned in a condition other than clean and dry. Your understanding and compliance with these matters are greatly appreciated. Thank You
