Stall fees will be $ Stalls will be available for move in anytime after 12:00 P.M., Thursday, March 13th, Bedding will be available on the grounds, and no outside shavings may be brought in. Shavings may ONLY BE PUR- CHASED FROM THE EXPO CENTER ($10.00 per bag). If you plan to arrive late, please notify show management to arrange for bedding to be left for you. NO DOORS OR PANELS MAY BE REMOVED FROM STALLS. Stall assignments will be based on the date and time of entry. Exhibitors must check the stall chart at the show office to insure they are in the correct stalls. Any Exhibitor moving into stalls assigned to someone else will be required to move into their assigned stalls without exception If you can not or phone in your request, please fill in the information below and send it to the show secretary Marcie Fessler and she will notify Gary of your request: Name: Phone#: Number of stalls needed: - Horses Tack (please make a special note if you have Stallions) RV Hookup: - # 14 General Rules of the Show All classes will be conducted under the rules of S.H.O.W. Inc. Questions not covered by S.H.O.W. rules shall be decided by the show management whose decision shall be final. All versatility classes will be judged according to TWHBEA Versatility rules. All decisions of the Judge and or the DQP(s) will be final. The show management reserves the right to refuse, accept conditionally and/or cancel entries, disqualify exhibitors, prohibit showing of entries and award of prizes without claim for damages or refunds. Stall Assignments Stall fees will be $65.00 per stall for the length of the show. Stalls will be available for move in after 12 noon, on Thursday, March 13th, 2014 until 12 noon on Sunday March 16 th, Anyone needing to move in before that time or leave after that time MUST make prior arrangements with the show office. Scratches Class scratches must be made at least 1 hour prior to the performance in which the class is to be held. No Shows will be charged the regular entry fee. Prompt Entrance into the Show Ring A two-minute gate will be held for each class. Exhibitors must be prompt for entrance to the class or they will be excluded from that class. We have a lot of classes for a short period of time, and your cooperation would be greatly appreciated. In the event an exhibitor finds that he/she needs a gate hold between classes, please inform the Paddock Master as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to honor these requests. Exhibitor Numbers Numbers to be worn by an exhibitor will be assigned to each horse, not the exhibitor. This number must be worn in the show ring. Please make certain that your hair in no way conceals the back number. Amateur Owned & Trained A horse that qualifies for an AOT class is a horse owned by an amateur that has not had any type of professional training within the past 90 days. Professional training includes: grooming, warming-up the horse, bracing, or given instructions by a professional. Sportsmanship and Safety Show Management reserves the right to disbar from competition, by immediate expulsion from the arena, any exhibitor displaying un-sportsman like conduct. Each exhibitor is encouraged to practice safe horsemanship at all times on the show grounds. Novice Rider Class The Novice Rider Class is open to riders who have not won a first place ribbon. Eligibility of a novice entry is established as of the date of the closing of entries. O/B Pleasure Classes The Pleasure Class is open to all gaited breeds. The Pleasure Class is typically a pleasure walk and favorite gait class in the two-gaited class, a canter will be asked in the three gait class. Entries in O/B Pleasure Classes are not required to furnish a horse registration number. Championship Entries Entries having placed first, second or third in qualifying classes as listed in the Championship Class specification is expected to compete in the Championship Classes. Horses entering Championship Class are required to have been shown in at least one of the qualifying classes for that category. No post entry fee for Championship Classes will be charged. Horses showing in Amateur Country Pleasure cannot show in other divisions, but may show in Open Breed and Versatility classes. 3

The Expo Center requires the purchase of one bag of shavings per stall minimum. There will be no fee other than the regular fee for an added class. Added class entries must be made in the horse show office and will be accepted up to one hour prior to the beginning performance in which a class is to be held. Any exhibitor entering the show ring for a class not entered will be assessed a $25 penalty, as well as the regular entry fee. A person wishing to add a class less than 1 hour before the respective performance may do so by paying a $25 penalty, as well as the regular fee. Trophies and Premiums Six ribbons will be awarded in the qualifying classes, along with other awards to the First finishers in all Championship classes. A special award will also be offered in the LSGPHA member s classes Liabilities All entries are accepted with the understanding that neither the Lone Star Gaited Pleasure Horse Association, nor the George H. Henderson, JR. Exposition Center will be responsible for any loss, personal injury, or damage to horses exhibited or for any article of any kind, or any nature that may be lost or destroyed or in any other way damaged. All horses shall be under the control and direction of Show Management but solely at the property occasioned by him or his agent or employees, or by an animal owned or exhibited by him, and shall indemnify the Lone Star Gaited Pleasure Horse Association and the George H. Henderson, Jr. Exposition Center against any/or all loss, damages and liability thus occasioned including but not limited to any and all legal cost, including attorney fees which may be incurred as a result thereof. The submitting of an entry form to the Show Secretary shall constitute acceptance of the provisions herein set forth. Entries All class entries must be made on the enclosed entry form (copies are okay). All exhibitors must select the correct S.H.O.W. option above and provide show card number or pay required fees, as well as provide each horse s registration number in the blanks provided on the entry form before back numbers will be released. Country Pleasure Amateur entries as well as Open Breed entries are not required to furnish registration numbers. All gaited breeds, registered or unregistered, may enter any Open Breed class. Open Breed classes count toward versatility points, for TWHBEA and RHBAA. Show Management reserves the right to consolidate any class in which there are less than three (3) entries. Classes with fewer than three (3) entries will be reviewed for cancellation next year. ALL EXHIBITORS MUST SIGN A RE- LEASE OF LIABILITY FORM BEFORE RIDING IN A CLASS. A PARENT OR GUARDIAN MUST SIGN FOR THOSE 18 YEARS OF AGE AND UNDER. RELEASES MAY BE OBTAINED IN THE SHOW OFFICE. ALL MONEY MUST ACCOMPANY THE ENTRY FORM AND BE PAID BE- FORE NUMBERS CAN BE ISSUED. Any additional charges must be paid before leaving the show grounds. ALL HORSES ENTERING THE GROUNDS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE SHOW OFFICE PRIOR TO THE FIRST CLASS OF THE SHOW AND MUST HAVE A NEGATIVE COGGINS TEST CURRENT WITHIN TWELVE (12) MONTHS, SIX (6) MONTHS FOR OUT OF STATE HORSES.
