Signing up is important. If you re not signed up we may not have enough supplies, know who to call in the event of a cancellation, or have enough seats. Groveware is up and running. Groveware will allow you the ability to do the following; *View the LARC Link *Sign up for an event/cancel sign up *Track the events you ve attended *Track how much you have spent on events *Pay for your events by Credit Card A reminder that an address is needed in order to use Groveware. You can also use Groveware to sign up and pay for events Please Note: The Deadlines are Very Important! No refunds for prepaid ticketed events; like concerts, the theater, and dances after the deadline. Events involving supplies such as an art class or food require a 48 hour notice for a refund You may pay by debit or credit card. You may pay over the phone with debit or credit. There will be a $15.00 service fee for any returned check. Consult the recreation office to discuss cancellations.
