Early entries are appreciated to allow time for cataloguing. Conditions of Entry Cattle to be ready for judging at 8.30am, with completed National Vendor Declaration Form/Travelling Stock Statement/Waybill. Full particulars regarding breed, age, colour, pedigree, NLIS number and name of beast must be provided on the Beef Cattle entry form. Classes listed will be held for four breed categories All beef cattle to be haltered All bulls 12 months and over must have a nose ring Heifer not to have a calf, unless otherwise stated All stock must be registered with recognised breed society Association ribbons will be awarded for 1 st, 2 nd and 3 rd if more than 5 entries in any class Champion Male and Female sashes may be awarded for breed categories. All ribbons will be awarded at the discretion of the judge. Age of cattle, as of 1 st September 2015 Calves under 8 months may accompany their mother whist being judged. Conditions of Entry The correct weight of entries must be stated on the entry form Classes will be divided into light, middle and heavy weight, at the committees discretion Paraders MUST be school students All cattle must be paraded with nose clamps or rings Cattle to be judged LIVE ONLY and to have milk teeth and be naturally polled or dehorned. 6 Page 35 SECTION F BEEF CATTLE PARADER COMPETITION Saturday 26 September 2015 Judging to commence at the conclusion of Led Steer and Heifer Competition ENTRY FEE: Free Nominations must be received by Midday, at the Stewards Tent Date of birth will be taken as the age on the day The Judge will consider the entrants ability to parade animals, attire, leading, equipment and appearance of animals Conditions of Entry In accordance with NSW OH&S regulation all students participating in the Paraders Competition must wear appropriate footwear Class 1 Parader 8 years and under Junior Champion Parader (Selected from winners of Classes 1 & 2) Class 3 + Intermediate Champion Class 4 + Senior Champion Parader Grand Champion Parader (Selected from Junior, Intermediate and Senior Champions) Parader 9 years and under 12 years Prize donated by W & K Marshall Parader 12 years to 15 years and Prize donated by W & K Marshall Parader 16 years to 18 years and Prize donated by Annie Nichols In Memory of the Late Gordon Fuller SPECIAL AWARDS ALL STUDENTS Entry Fee: Free Judged throughout the entirety of the day.
