2 STUD SHEEP SHEDULE Entries Close: Thursday 16 March 2018 NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED FRIDAY 23 MARCH 2018: JUNIOUR JUDGING COMPETITION, Commencing at 6.30pm SATURDAY 24 MARCH 2018: Judging CLASSES 1 12, Commencing at 7:30am Steward: ENTRY FEE: $4.00 Including GST NO ENTRY FEES FOR SCHOOLS ALL BREEDS except MERINO are eligible The Stud sheep section is a part of the district circuit trophy, which also includes Allora, Clifton, Inglewood, Warwick, Chinchilla and Gatton Shows. All Sheep & Lambs must be penned no later than 8.15am on Saturday 24 March 2018 and must not leave until completion of all judging and award presentations. WARWICK SHOWGROUNDS PIC NO: QBWW0121 STUD EXHIBITORS PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL SHEEP 1. BRUCELLOSIS CERTIFICATE All Stud Sheep exhibited must be from a Government Accredited Brucellosis Free Flock. A Brucellosis certificate must be supplied on arrival. 2. HEALTH CERTIFICATE All interstate exhibitors must have a health certificate. A copy must be supplied on arrival. 3. NATIONAL VENDOR DECLERATION OR WAYBILL (NVD OR Waybill) - All stock must be accompanied by an NVD or Waybill. A copy must be supplied on arrival. ALL ACCREDITATION CERTIFICATES WILL BE REQUESTED AND CHECKED ON THE DAY, NO CERTIFICATES NO ENTRY!! GENERAL REGULATIONS 1. All sheep must be bonafide property of the exhibitor. 2. Entries will only be received subject to the right of stewards to reject stock which they may consider are not of sufficient merit to compete or are the wrong ago of classes in which they are entered this will be strictly adhered to. Exhibitors shall be responsible for placing their exhibits in the right classes. 3. All exhibits must abide by the decisions of the Stud Sheep Committee. 4. The Warwick Show & Rodeo Society Inc shall not be liable for any accident, injury or loss of the exhibit. 5. Exhibitors shall provide their own food, bedding and water containers. 6. Each entry shall be eligible for one class only, except where otherwise stated. 7. The onus of taking entries to and from the judging ring must be on the owner or exhibitor. 8. Stock to be of Show standard only. 9. Sheep must be free of external parasites. 10. All exhibitors stock may not leave until completion of all judging and trophy presentations. 11. NLIS Tags are required for ALL sheep 12. OJD Accredited Studs will also be accommodated. 13. The order of judging may be changed at the discretion of the judge and chief steward.
