4 A social gathering is planned for Saturday Afternoon, 5 Dec 2015 at Oakes Pacific Blue Salamander Bay for Canapes and Drinks. Canapes will be served at 6pm. Saturday afternoon all players are invited back to the Oaks Salamander Bay for canapes and drinks. Tickets are $20 per person for 1hr which entitles each person to a selection of hot and cold canapes plus two drinks (beer, wine or soft drink). Please bring your swimmers and a towel and take advantage of the 900 meter waist deep pool. Nicole Bovendeerd will again be on site to treat your aches and pains through Shiatsu Massage. Should you wish to book in for a full massage or you need some minor adjustments in between matches you can see Nicole on the day or you can pre book by phoning Let Nicole know your booking is part of the Tennis tournament. $20 for 15 minutes.

Events may be combined when insufficient entries are received for a particular age group. 5

7 CONDITIONS OF PLAY 1. The tournament Committee shall have the entire control and management of the tournament. 2. The tournament will be conducted under the rules and regulations laid down in the ITF Rules of Tennis. 3. Tournament referee is Ellen Gordon 4. All competitors must submit an entry form. Where an entry form is received without an entry fee, preference will be given to those having included their fees. Entries not accompanied by fees may be accepted, but only where numbers are required to make up a grouping. This will be at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. 5. All events will be played as a round robin format. The Committee may vary the format of play if weather restricts the tournament. 6. All matches will be First to 6, tie break at 5 all. Winners for all events will be determined by sets won, if equal then games and if needed a count back. 7. Players must be the respective age by December 31st The Committee reserves the right to transfer entries to a younger age group or combine events as required. 9. All players must be correctly dressed in recognised tennis attire and only tennis shoes shall be worn. 10. Players may participate in only one event per session. 11. The Committee will try, without obligation, to find partners for doubles events if requested. 12. Players MUST be current members of Tennis Seniors NSW. If not a member, membership is free up until 30 June Entry Fees which includes the $2 National Ranking Tournament levy per person per event are: $22.00 for singles events and $17.00 per player for each doubles event PAYMENT BY Direct Deposit to: BSB: ACC # Reference needs to be your name and the word VETS.
