3 Sunday August 26, commemorates 55 years of Drag Racing and business operations by the Cathell family, at the U.S. 13 Dragway. The 55th Anniversary event, is also the day we remember the founders of the facility, Wm. Bill and Juanita Cathell. These two along with their son and current promoter Charles Cathell have provided a safe, clean and family friendly venue, which has been enjoyed by thousands throughout the 55 years of operations. Car Show along with some great drag racing action all day long. Sunday Admission $20 Gates open 9AM / Time Runs 10:30AM / Car Show awards to follow time runs. Gates open 9am. One Show registration starts. Judging starts at Noon. Time trials start at 10;30 and probably will go to 2:30pm. Track shuts off and trophys are presented at the starting line and each trophy winner gets to make a pass down the track. After that Eliminations begin.
