4 Location and Access The AU c laim is situated.5 km. north east of Pothole Lake, Aspen Grove. A summer dirt road traverses the AU claim. () The property is readily accessable by two wheel drive vehicles. Previous Work Previous work is noted under references. A prospecting programme was conducted by J. McGoran in 978. J.P. Elwell in a report to nvex Resources Ltd. recommends further soil sampling and analysis for gold, silver and copper. This geochemical survey was conducted as a portion of his recommendation. Survev Method Field work was conducted by Scope Exploration Services of Merritt. Grid was established and soil. samples were collected from the B horizon. These samples were sent to Acme Analytical Laboratories for analysis. (see appendix A) ComDilation Histograms were plotted of each metal result and anomalous values were thus determined.

5 - 3 - anomalous values. Maps were drafted and contoured to show Results Anamalous values for gold, silver and copper are 20 ppb, 0.3 ppm and 00 ppm respectively. The maps were contoured using these values. There is a good correlation between copper and gold and between silver and copper. The correlation between silver and gold is of a lower order. There is a trend of anomalous gold copper and silver north-westerly from the area of gold and copper mineralization in bedrock. This trend is parallel to regional stratigraphy. Recommendations The soil sampling should be continued to the north west. Detailed prospecting should be conducted in anomalous areas. John McGoran B. Sc. Geology
