Hourly Ice Rental Rates and Charges The time period between September and May in which charges are levied for ice rentals Rates apply to hours starting within the parameters listed and the majority of the block must be within the specific time period to qualify. Paid Admission Hockey Games: (Minimum Guarantee) 1. Extended Play Penalties Fees applied above and beyond the normal field rental charges due to games longer than typical. Day Games Exceeds a 7 or 0 Inning Day Game SGTA $ (per 15 minute increment exceeding SGTA) Night Games Exceeds a 7 or 9 Inning Night Game SGTA $ 50.00

4 (per 15 minute increment exceeding SGTA) Game Cancellations Single Game Cancellation $ Double Header Game Cancellation $ Game/Events which are not canceled prior to 30 days of the schedule game/event (contact must be officially made with the Field Superintendent), may be subject to the game cancellation penalties. This fee may be waived in the event of inclement weather or act of God or by actions caused by the MAC management and its staff. In the case of inclement weather, contact must be made with the Field Superintendent a minimum of 2 ½ hours prior to the game/event to avoid said penalties. Gate Split on Paid Admission Games: Maximum Single Game Gate Split $ Maximum Double Header Game Gate Split $ The City reserves the right to assess the above admission gate splits for all games/events. The Gate Split for the Lessor shall be 50% of the ticket receipts collected in excess of the applicable Sales Taxes and Stadium Rental Rate. The City s percentage take shall not exceed the maximum game percentage take. The Gate Split for the Lessee shall be 50% of the ticket receipts collected in excess of the applicable Sales Taxes and Stadium Rental rate plus the excess of the City s maximum percentage take if any. All other game/event charges will be charted to the Lessee s remaining percentage split balance, if any. Subd. 6. Game Personnel Fees charged for personnel for baseball games Game Rates included 2 maintenance personnel only. Additional game personnel are available for hire on a seasonal or individual game basis; charges for their services will be competitive with the existing market (see current game personnel rate schedules). Personnel available include: Ticket sellers, ticket takers, pass gate attendants, announcer, scoreboard operator, official scorer, press stewards, trainers, police ushers, tournament administrative assistants, tournament headquarter stewards, ball shaggers and parking attendants. Tournament Headquarters Rentals: The Dick Putz Field Tournament Headquarters is available for rental/use as a viewing suite/headquarters during baseball games to booster clubs, faculty associations, private parties, etc. Food and beverage services are also available. In the event of a Tournament, the following fee may be waived (see current Tournament HQ rental rate schedule). 1. Single Games $ Double Header $ Field Tarp Usage Fee: $250.00

5 The MAC will make available a field tarp for use on Joe Faber Field. Due to its size and weight, use of the tarp will be the sole responsibility of the Lessee. Lessee will provide sufficient labor to unroll, position and re-roll the tarp and return it to the designated storage area. The MAC Staff will be available for consultation but cannot provide staff to use the tarp. The City assumes no liability ore responsibility for usage; costs to repair damage to the tarp will be billed to Lessee. Golf Course Rates and Charges Green Fee Rates: Daily Rates (9 Holes) (all rates include tax) Weekday $11.50 Weekday, Additional 9 holes $ 7.50 Weekday, Senior Rate $ 9.25 Weekend, Holiday $12.75 Weekend, Additional 9 holes $ 9.75 Cart Rental Fee (9 holes): $11.50 Annual Passes: Family $ Single (age 19+) $ Senior, Single $ Senior, Couple $ Youth (age 18 and under) $ Footnotes: 1. Family members include five (5) people (2 adults and 3 youth under the age of 17). 2. Additional Family Memberships for $ Youth defined as age (inclusive) as of April Seniors defined as 56 and older. 5. For Senior couple both members must be 56 and older. 6. $1.00 Daily membership fee Varied promotional rates may also be used including senior discounts, youth promotional rates, early season discounts, twi-light golf, etc. Memberships, League Play Fees, Etc.
