The West TN Healthcare Sportsplex will do everything possible to create an experience of a lifetime! 3 The GMB will use a 4-game guarantee (Weather Permitting) format in its World Series Tournament. 3 Pool and Elimination play TBA from 12:00 1 to 1:3 1 :30 PM Check in for the tournament will be held at the West TN Healthcare Sportsplex- Main Building, 250 BancorpSouth Pkwy, Jackson, Tennessee from 1:30 to 2:00 2 PM Immediately following check in - There will be a reception/meeting for managers at the main building pavilion. Only two representatives from each team will be permitted to attend this event. No players please. All teams are required to have at least one representative in attendance. from 2:00 0 to 2:3 2 :30 PM Immediately following manager meeting - There will be a reception/meeting for moms at the main building pavilion. All teams are required to have at least one representative in attendance. from 5:00 to 6:00 PM Opening ceremonies will be held at The Ballpark at Jackson, the Class AA minor league baseball home of the Jackson Generals, a Arizona Diamondbacks affiliate, located at 4 FunPlace, Jackson, Tennessee (adjacent to Sportsplex).

4 There will be NO CHARGE to attend Opening Ceremonies and gate will open at 4:30. Teams need to be here no later than 4:45. 4 Teams will be introduced on the field at The Ball Park at Jackson. Teams should bring a Team Banner and/or State Flag for parade if available. Teams who choose to participate in a pin exchange will take place during the skills competition and throughout the week.??? All teams will participate in opening ceremonies and should be in Jerseys Only. from 6:30 to 8:308 PM Home Run Derby: (2 players/team) Coaches pitch to own batters (Teams supply baseballs) 10 pitches to batter Players/Coaches shag own balls. Most home runs wins. Around The Horn: (6 players/team) Pitcher throws home (Clock starts when the ball hits catcher s mitt), catcher to third, third to second, second to short, short to first, first to home. (Clock stops when the ball hits the catcher s mitt). * Fastest time wins ** Any dropped balls or bad throws are considered live and time will keep running! Base Running: (2 players/team) Each player will start inside the batters box (3 rd base side), time will start on first step. Runner must touch all 3 bases, clock will stop when runner touches home plate. Fastest time wins. Player/Mom Relay Race: (2 players, 2moms/team) 2 players and 2 moms (moms at 1 st and 3 rd ). Player will start inside batters box (3 rd base side), time will start on first step. Baseball must be handed to the next runner at the next base, clock stops when mom touches home plate. * Fastest time wins.
