1 LOCATION: COGENHOE FOOTBALL CLUB, NN7 1ND Introduction The Quattro Cyclosportive April 3 rd miles 62 miles 84 miles Welcome to the fourth Quattro Cyclosportive. There will again be 3 routes available in The routes will stay the same as 2015, starting and finishing in the village of Cogenhoe. Cycle the piccolo (50miles), the Medio (63 miles) or Gran Fondo (84 miles) - the choice is yours. This is not an extreme course, but takes in some great cycling roads and countryside and is a great way to start off your 2016 Sportive season or prepare for some longer distance triathlons. The inspiration for the name comes from the fact that cyclists will be travelling through 4 counties during the longest course; Northants, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire. These are the routes we use a lot during our own training, so we are pleased to be able to share them with you in the Quattro. Everyone who successfully completes their distance will get a Just Racing technical t shirt at the finish line. If you have questions prior to the event please contact us on: or by to: info@justracinguk.com Registration The signing on for all routes will take place on Sunday 3 rd April from 7.45am. You will be required to confirm your route choice (50m, 62m or 84m) at this time. On the day entries are available and will carry an additional 5 charge. All riders will receive their route card, a bike number (to be attached to the front of the bike) a helmet label (to be attached to the front of your helmet). Additionally, you will receive some emergency phone numbers. 1

2 Event location & Parking Cogenhoe Football Club, Brafield Road, Cogenhoe, Northamptonshire, NN7 1ND There is ample free car parking on site and there will be racking provided for riders to leave their bike whilst signing on and preparing for their start. There are toilets and changing facilities onsite. On the Quattro event page, click on the interactive Google map for a more detailed view of the location and add your address to the box below the map and click directions to ensure give you exact directions from wherever you are travelling from. The Course All routes can be viewed on ride with gps 84 miles miles 50 miles All junctions will be marked with large black arrows on a yellow background, showing the direction to be followed. The Just Racing logo will be visible inside each of the arrows. Additionally, all riders will be issued with a waterproof route direction map/instructions to take with them on their ride. There will be 1 feed station on the 48m and 60m routes and 2 on the 82m route. There will be a range of food available at each feed station, including USN drinks. 2

Littering Please remember that littering on the courses (gels sachets etc) is not acceptable. Please return with it to the finish area and dispose of it in an appropriate place. Event Team Our events team comprises of a range of individuals who gather together at each event, with a common purpose of ensuring that the athlete has a positive and enjoyable race experience. We have a fantastic team which we are always looking to develop and add to. No experience necessary with on the job training for all, along with food, event t-shirt and a small cash payment to say thank you. Setting up all of our events includes a wide variety of tasks that aren t always immediately obvious to the competitor, whether it be the guys that fills up the water barrels; that build the bike racking; that move the fencing to create the various compounds; or following them round and fasten the JRUK bannering to every available flat surface!
