Particularly suitable for applications where low coefficient of friction and contained dusting are needed. All Regina sideflexing belts are equipped with PBT material pins with high wear resistance. All sprockets for Regina sideflexing belts are available in polyamide material with stainless steel screws (split sprockets). APPLICATIONS All Regina Matveyor sideflexing belts are suitable for packaging applications requiring speed and heavy packs carriage around curves, in particular: - Multi packs of plastic bottles - Cartons - Shrink wrapped cans - Bakery Industry - General Products Handling in sideflexing conveyors NE FEATURES AND BENEFITS - Regina sideflexing belts range offers the best versatility for all types of applications. Modular and dedicated width belts can be used for U or S turn conveyors, achieving reduced turning radiuses. - Good PV limits, achieved by an optimized combination of modules geometry and material (Delrin acetal resin). - Innovative guide system The design of the bottom guides provides the two main features needed in the corner: maximum resistance to overturning, achieved with an optimized TAB design, and resistance to radial force, thanks to an additional bottom guide, designed for maximum contact area with the curve and maximum resistance to bending. - earstrips standardization Regina sideflexing belts are designed for use on standard conveyor frames, with mm guide clearance (see wearstrip positioning section). - 2HTB version with bearings available In addition to the benefits of the TAB version, the HTB series is equipped with radial bearings, which guarantee a smooth run at high/low speed and reduced friction in the corner, reducing the risk of local overheating, which is the main cause of wear for the guides. - Optimized distribution of load HT/HTB versions allow belt/sprocket engagement also in the inner side of the belt in the corner, thanks to the special design of the inner modules (see sprockets/pockets positioning section). - Special module design, with high open area (about %). The design of Regina sideflexing belts guarantees an optimum mechanical resistance/open area ratio. DuPont Delrin and DuPont Kevlar are registered trade marks of E.I.
