4 MEMBERSHIP To Become a Member: If you are new and want to become a member of Alpha Psi Omega, you must go through initiation. This entails: - Paying the $10 APO membership dues each semester - Knowing the history of APO and our chapter - Ushering one night for a mainstage event - Participating in our end-of-semester Initiation Showcase - Acquiring at least five points per semester through APO events involving at least two committees To Stay a Member: Once you are a member of Alpha Psi Omega, there are only a few things you need to do to maintain membership. This entails: - Paying the $10 APO membership semester dues - Acquiring at least five points per semester through APO events involving at least two committees To Become a National Member: National membership is obtained when an APO member acquires seventy-five points through theatre-based activities over the course of two years or more. Once you become a National Member, you will receive a certificate and graduation cords. Becoming a National Member entails: - Maintaining APO Membership - Acquiring 75 points from theatre-based activities - Paying a one-time only fee of $35
