4 The Maxim Party FEBRUARY 6, 2011 MAXIM,DIDDY USHER ROCK NIGHT AWAY Maxim went all out on this bash and did a fine job at it. The red carpet was spacious and once you were inside, there was plenty to do throughout the night. It was literally a carnival brought to life with a Ferris wheel, skee ball, balloon darts, go-carts and other theme park staples. They even had prizes for those talented gamers including speakers, headphones and cologne. The dance floor was the busiest I d seen at any party over Super Bowl weekend and there wasn t a soul in the party not having good time. The celebrity turn out was stellar and stars were strolling around the party if they weren t dancing near their VIP table. they ll have to settle on 10 horseshoes. Best party of the week by far. JANUARY 31, 2010 SEEN & HEARD AT THE SUPERBOWL The premier magazine party during Super Bowl weekend, Maxim will take over The Raleigh Hotel (1775 Collins Ave.) along with fellow sponsors Volkswagen, Samsung, Patron, Armani Code, Pepsi Max, BSN, Ubisoft & Gillette. The invitation only event attended last year by celebs and athletes alike will feature music by Jermaine Dupri and DJ Vice. FEBRUARY 5, 2012 THE FIFTH DOWN: INDY, PARTY CITY Maxim held its annual party, billed as the longest running Super Bowl bash, out at the fairgrounds. Even Woody Johnson, the Jets owner, was spotted there, although he left before Ludacris performed for about 50 minutes. The Maxim party went with a comic book theme, so severs dressed as superheroes and several in the crowd wore capes. FEBRUARY 6, 2011 STARS GET PUMPED AT THE MAXIM SUPER BOWL PARTY What s the next best thing if you can t score a ticket to the Super Bowl? The pre-parties, of course! Stars came out to celebrate the big game at the Maxim Party Powered by Motorola Xoomin Dallas on Saturday night. Excited for their special Super Bowl themed episode to air on Sunday. Glee s Heather Morrison, Chord Overstreet, and Kevin McHale partied at Centennial Hall before the big game. Some of Entourage s finest, including Adrian Grenier and Kevin Connolly, also came out to celebrate in Texas along with Jersey Shore star Pauly D, footballer Reggie Bush and singer Chris Bown. Even a very pregnant Melissa Rycroft and hubby Tye Strickland joined in on the festivities at the Fair Park. FEBRUARY 5, 2012 A LOOK INSIDE THE MAXIM PARTY (AND OTHERS) BEFORE SUPERBWL XLVl No doubt, the Maxim Party was the best. Not surprising. The theme was comic books, and servers were dressed as super heroes. That was a nice touch, and the Patron and Coke Zero they were serving were well costumed at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
