1 From the director s desk Dear Friends, Thank you for praying for my son, Jonathan. For those that do not know my son, he has Down Syndrome and is 20 years old. Four weeks ago he was diagnosed with Wolfe-Parkinson-White syndrome. He had a heart ablation procedure done on June 25 th and found two pathways. The procedure was HALF successful. Please do not stop praying for him. The Lord does not do things just to do things but He has a plan and purpose. Jonathan is currently on medication to slow down his heart beat; and he is on restricted activity. That means no Special Olympic for at least the next three months.
