1 January 21, 2017 High School 2281 Plummer Ave. San Jose, CA Registration: The Registration table will open from 10:15am-10:45am. Please make sure that you are checked in 30 minutes prior to your first routine. If you will be arriving after this time, please go straight to admissions to check in. A signed Medical Release for all participating dancers will be due at this time. Admission: Admission is $10 per person. Children 6-10 are $5. All Children under six will be admitted free. Performers will receive a wristband and will not be charged admission. Each team will also receive two additional wristbands for their coaches. Credit cards will not be accepted for admission. Enjoy viewing the schedule in real time, reading judges bios, viewing the competition photo stream and voting for your favorite dance of the day! To use, download the DCG Event App on your device. Search West Coast Elite and activate today s location! Seat Saving: In order to keep judging as consistent as possible, we have eliminated the dual side judging system. All routines are on the same side. For this reason, seating will be limited, and we ask that spectators do not leave blankets out or other items to save seats. If you are leaving the gym for any period of time, please leave your seat for someone else to occupy in your absence. We also ask that all dancers sit on the opposite side of performances to leave space for our spectators. Music: NEW Please upload all music to the WCE online registration site 4 days prior to the competition. Under the registration for each competition there is an upload music button. All music must be in MP3 format. Please make sure all music is being uploaded to the correct corresponding routine. Please have an ipod/phone/computer on hand as back-up. Programs: Programs will be available for purchase. Concessions: Food and drinks will be available for purchase throughout the day. Score sheets: All routines will receive a video adjudication from all 3 judges! All video critiques will be ed by Tuesday following the competition. A detailed breakdown of scores for each category your team participated in will be available at the sound table at the end of the competition.
