NO ENTRANCE Monday, March 20, 2017 (DAY: BLUE (new) shirt with denim or khaki bottom) (REQUIED NIGHT: BLACK (new) shirt ) THE BLACK SHIRT MUST BE WORN ON TONIGHT AS ENTRY TO THE DANCE. In the event that time does NOT permit us to return to the hotel to change, you will ALREADY have your BLACK shirt with you. ALL participants of the dance tonight MUST be wearing the BLACK BETA competition shirt in order to be allowed to enter the dance, per Beta dress code. There are no exceptions. NO HATS. NO SHORTS. NO SAGGING. 9:00 AM Listen to Songfest (DII) Although we are not registered to participate in Songfest, we will respectfully listen/watch the Songfest participants. RCSD has Pelahatchie Elementary participating in this session this year. RCSD has McLaurin High School student, TYLER HOUSLEY, running for Chaplain AND Brandon Middle School student, MARY KATE NELSON, running for SECRETARY. In our endeavors to support each other, we will be supporting these candidates for officers as they prepare to lead our Beta Club organization by way of our own Rankin County School District. We wish them well! Dinner Time (Pizza at the Hotel) Once we report to the hotel, we will change into the Black/competition design, take final requests for the pizza dinner order, place order/eat, and prepare to return back to the arena for the DANCE. 8:15 PM 9:30 PM DANCE (BLACK SHIRT)/EXHIBIT HALL 4 Dress Code for Dance: All members and chaperones MUST wear their name badge attached to the front of their shirts AT ALL TIMES. All students must wear nice jeans or khakis (NO SHORTS) with our BLACK BETA CLUB t-shirt. This shirt must display the school s name. This shirt must reflect BETA and the school s name. (BLACK COMPETITION SHIRT) Pants must have NO holes, NO sagging, or artwork on the jeans. NO HATS. NOTE: This is also a time designated for viewing of Visual Arts projects. (Room C1-4)
