2 SCHEDULE Thursday June 30 th 7:00pm - Loganville American Legion Post 8:00pm Buses Arrive Load and Leave 11:00pm - stopping to Load SC Members/Staff Pilot Exit 63 on I-85 *There will be other scheduled stops along the way for bathrooms and snacks *Denny s and Subway Breakfast at Flying J Exit miles into our trip 9:00am- Approximate Arrival to Urbana High School Friday July 1 st 9:00am- Approximate Arrival to Urbana High School Free time, Lunch on your own, Unload truck, and Get ready for rehearsal 2:00pm Rehearsal 6:00pm Dinner (on own) 7:45pm Rehearsal 10:00pm END 11:30pm Lights Out Saturday July 2 nd SHOW DAY 7:00am Wake (load all equipment under buses, if we can do this to the buses not moving over night we will to save time, so only thing on EQ truck meeting us at the rehearsal site is the pit equipment) 7:30am BIS for Breakfast (Golden Coral, Chick Fil A, Wawa, and Panera Bread) 7:50am Arrive at Breakfast Places (food on your own) 9:30am BIS for Rehearsal Site (this is not the School, have what you need before we leave the school) 9:50am Arrive at Rehearsal On Arrival to Site unload Truck/Buses and wait for instructions from Staff 2:00pm Lunch (provided by corps) 3:00pm Rehearsal 5:00pm End and Pack (equipment under buses, uniforms off truck and in seat with you if you have not moved them into the school with your stuff already, pit equipment in truck) 6:00pm Back at School, unload, shower, DINNER (provided by corps), get ready for warm ups 7:30pm Warm up, Staff will direct you 9:10pm - Gate 9:24pm Step After show meeting, get out of uniform, free time, food on your own 12:00am Lights Out

3 Sunday July 3 rd Parade Day 1 8:00am Wake *make sure lunch/drinks are on the front seat of each bus not under bus *also yellow water cart with full coolers and water bottles under the bus *snacks/drinks and two white tables for after parade, under bus *Load all equipment under buses needed for parade *have parade uniform and extra change of clothes on bus seat with you, not under bus 8:45am - BIS for Breakfast (Golden Coral, Chick Fil A, Wawa, and Panera Bread) 9:05am Arrive at Breakfast Places 10:45am - BIS for Harve De Grace, MD 12:15pm Give Sack Lunch to members on Bus (provided by corps) 1:00pm Arrive to Harve De Grace, MD 2:00pm Parade Start (we are early into the parade so we won t have to wait long) 3:30pm Estimated Parade End (some snacks after parade by corps buses) Then Free Time, Eat on your own 7:00pm BIS for School 9:15pm Back at School (pre pack luggage and equipment) 11:30pm Lights Out Monday July 4 th Parade Day 2 7:30am Wake *load luggage under buses *have instruments with you needed for parades on buses (minus drums and large instruments) Truck will be with us and we can unload big items at start of parade) *have parade uniform and bus clothes for after in your bus seat *have water cart and full water coolers/bottles easy to get to on truck 9:00am - BIS for Breakfast (Golden Coral, Chick Fil A, Wawa, and Panera Bread) 9:20am Arrive at Breakfast Places (food on your own) 10:30am - BIS for Arbutus, MD 11:30am Arrive in Arbutus, MD 12:30pm Parade Start (not sure our number in the parade) End Parade Load back on buses and head right to Catonsville, MD (lunch is provided by the parade committee of Catonsville, MD) 3:00pm - Parade Start (not sure our number in the parade) 4:30pm - Estimated Parade End Load Buses and Truck completely (NO FREE TIME) Leaving for Home 7:30pm- Stop for Dinner on your own Wendy s, Chick Fil A, Chipotle Subway, Mexican, Long Horn, Jimmy Johns, China Wok - Address Apple Blossom Corners, 2194 S Pleasant Valley Rd, Winchester, VA Exit 313A (92 miles into our trip) We will have lots of updates so you can tell family if they are picking you up 4:30am est. - Stopping to unload SC Members/Staff Pilot Exit 63 on I-85 11:00am est. 8 WEEKEND NOTES *Financial -- Lainey is available all weekend for you to turn in paperwork and $. -- She will be off campus after Friday arrival to go get food for the weekend. *Admin/Volunteers/Staff -- We will have morning and night meetings each day to prep for the next day and assign who does what with pickups, food, and etc.. PBJ available all weekend -- July 2 nd Food Plan -- Subway Lunch, Pizza Dinner -- July 3 rd - Food Plan -- Sack Lunch, drinks, portable snacks -- July 4th Food Plan Snacks -- Staff if you need the Dropbox log in for tapes and sheets please see your cap head or Lainey *Bus List See one of these people to check what bus you are on - (Bus 1 - you and I, Bus 2 - Josh B, Bus 3 - Robert M [Femur]) ** on the way home after the 4 th of July parade we are going to try to load the horns on the buses as the truck will not be with us for the trip home and we have the next weekend off, thank you for your patience as we work this out. *Brass Don t forget your horn towels, GLOVES, Breathing tubes (if you have lost or broken yours it can be found at Lowes or Home Depot), and balloons *Uniform *check with your section leader that you have everything packed for what you need!! *Parade Uniforms *All must wear any Hawaiian shirt, any shorts, any tennis shoes, and any baseball hat (see section leader if questions on any part of this uniform) all pit, brass, and battery *Guard consult Victor (reminder to have American flag with us at all parades) * Don t forget to have an extra pair of shoes and such incase rain * Also after the parades on both days you will need a different outfit to change in to, one for free time after the parade on the 3 rd and one for riding back home on the bus on July 4 th. (NOTE: you must have these items on top of the bus with you as we will not be opening the bays and reloading luggage) * July 3 rd Parade ends in a Carnival (free to get in but rides do cost money) There is carnival food and a nice snack bar with some non-carnival food. *Show Day Reminders * Saturday July 2 nd, Truck must be packed and ready to move before we leave for breakfast * You must have all rehearsal items with you for the day as we are not rehearsing at the school and leaving from breakfast to the rehearsal site. *We have lots of corps staying at the same housing site and using the same locker rooms, please be aware not to leaving anything around as it my walk off.

9 Thursday June 30 th DIRECTIONS Loganville American Legion Post Atlanta Hwy, Loganville, GA Please make sure all valuables are out of sight in your vehicles Make sure your car keys are in a safe location in your luggage so that you won t lose them Tuesday July 5 th We will give you updates on the way so you can communicate with your ride, so please have your cell phone charged before leaving Maryland and make sure to have enough charge to make the calls you need to make, including the last one when we are 1 hour from the post. If you have a person picking you up please have them wait in front of the Post and not waiting were the buses will be parking (SEE MAP)
