4 GENERAL INFORMATION Bench Location The visiting team is on the south side of Gill Coliseum and is located on the west side of the score table. All game personnel (i.e. coaches, players, manager, trainers, etc.) must remain in the bench area during competition. Any questions regarding bench location, please contact the Facilities & Game Operations Manager. Clear Bag Policy All OSU Athletic facilities follow a clear bag policy. For further information, please visit Game Tickets All events in Gill Coliseum are ticketed. Will Call and Visiting Team Tickets are located at the front entrances to Gill Coliseum. Please contact the Ticket Operations Manager for any questions. General Public Parking Parking on campus is restricted Monday Friday from 8am- 5pm, to vehicles with OSU parking passes. You must obtain a visitor s parking pass from parking services, Oregon State Visitors Transportation Services or from the pay stations within parking lots. Buses will not need a permit. OSU athletics is not responsible for any parking violations. Film and Video Information OSU will make available adequate space for filming of the game. Please contact the Volleyball Graduate Assistant for all information regarding procedures and locations. Laundry Services Services can be set up through the appropriate Equipment Manager. Lost and Found All found articles are taken to the OSU Public Safety, (541) , or Central Lost and Found, (541) Post-Game Meals OSU Athletics catering service, Levy Restaurants, and several restaurants in the area, will deliver post-game meals to Gill Coliseum. Please see page 6 for restaurants that support OSU Athletics. Sports Information All visiting media should coordinate with appropriate sport Communications contact, for any specific needs. Page 4

5 GENERAL INFORMATION Sports Medicine In each team bench area: ice, water, cups and an ice chest. Please contact the Athletic Trainer for any specific needs. AED is available on site. In the event of need for medical transportation, the injured player will be transported to Good Samaritan Hospital, located approximately 10 minutes from Gill Coliseum. Stadium Deliveries All deliveries need to be coordinated in advance with the specific Equipment Manager. Team Bus Parking Team buses should drop off on Ralph Miller Way, adjacent to Gill Coliseum. Bus Parking is available on 26 th St, adjacent to Reser Stadium. Van parking will be available in the Gill parking lot adjacent to the arena. Facilities & Game Operations staff will escort the team to the locker room and assist with parking team bus. Team Practice To arrange practice time, please contact the Facilities & Game Operations Manager. A timeline will be available prior to arriving to Corvallis. Team Travel Form Please complete the Team Travel Form and return to the Director of Volleyball Operations contact and the appropriate sport Facilities & Game contact, as soon as possible. Make sure a cell phone number is listed in case we need to reach you prior to the contest. Visitor Locker Room A secure team locker room will be located in the lower level of Gill Coliseum, Gill 3. Facilities & Game Operations staff will escort the team to the locker room. Questions regarding specific locker room needs, please contact the Equipment Manager. Page 5
