Spend the day with Frostwood's Sheriff, Principal Ellen Green, as you host the morning announcements, attend meetings, visit classrooms and enjoy a special breakfast and lunch. Napa Load up the wagon with a group of 6 and head out to Napa Valley for a 3- night stay at the 3-bedroom/3-bath O Connell Family Winery Vineyard Estate guest house. While at the private winery, you ll enjoy a gourmet Farmstead Panini picnic lunch by the pond, followed by the Deluxe Reserve & Library Tasting of small production boutique Cabernet Sauvignons paired with estate gourmet products. Leave your horses at the winery and saddle up in a chauffeured executive van service to visit other area wineries. Puppy Freedom Street Rescue and Frostwood families helped save this adorable little puppy. Many Frostwood families generously donated funds to Freedom Street Rescue at Tigerfest Carnival. The funds helped provide 2 life-saving surgeries to Gisella, a female rescue dog who had been hit by a car. Unbeknownst to anyone at the time, Gisella was pregnant. This puppy is one of four surviving puppies from Gisella's 11 puppy litter. This little gal is strong and healthy and wants to go home with you on auction night. CMA Awards Yee Haw! Each class has a ceramic jar that includes each child's thumbprint and a collection of favorite recipes to enjoy around the campfire for years to come! 1st Grade Texas Flag Photo Collage Spruce up the ranch with this special framed Texas Flag collage featuring photographs of each first grade student! 2nd Grade Wooden Rocking Bench Sit down for a spell in this classic wooden rocking bench. Each second grade student and teacher has branded initials into the bench. It would look great inside or out. Don't let this treasure get away! 3rd Grade Rustic Mirror This fabulous rustic mirror is adorned with woodchips decorated by the third grade students and teacher. Each drawing represents your child's favorite animal. Take this mirror home and be the envy of all your friends. 4th Grade Girls and Boys Chalkboards Let your little cowboy and cowgirl plan their next trail ride on a special chalkboard...one for the girls and one for the boys this year! Chalk dust or dust from their boots can be used to draw prairie scenes...or a most wanted poster of his or her own. Each fourth grade girl and boy has made their own special contribution to this unique board. (Note: Pictured is the Boys Chalkboard) 5th Grade Leave Your Heart at Frostwood Time for the 5th Graders to head em up and move em out, but before they go, they can have a amazing piece of art to remember their time on the Frostwood homestead. A picture is truly worth a thousand words with 1500 photo images of the fifth grade students throughout their years at Frostwood. 4 Bidpal registration and tickets Saddle Up Quick! Ticket sales end February 13th! 1. Visit our BidPal site at FrostwoodRoundUp. 2. On the BidPal site, first you ll need to Register. Look for the Register tab right under the boots! You ll need to register again regardless of whether you used BidPal last year! 3. Create your profile and log-in. You only need to do this the first time you visit the BidPal site. Make sure you include your mobile phone number. This is how you will receive the link to the bidding site when you arrive at Auction! 4. After you ve created your profile, you can choose Purchase Tickets. You will see an Individual or Couple Ticket available to you. 5. If you choose a Couple Ticket, you will first be given the option to enter the first person s information. New this year...enter your table information! Choose Set Seating Preference. If you don t want to choose a table, simply skip this step and you will be assigned to a table. Enter your mobile phone number so you ll receive important texts the day of auction!

5 Bidpal registration and tickets (cont.) 6. If you already see your table, you may select it here. If you don t, choose Create New. The first person to create the table for your group will be designated Table Captain in the system. 7. Create any name you would like for your table, but make sure to let your table-mates know what you ve chosen! You can choose a fun name only your group will know, or you may choose to name the table as the last names of your guests to make it easier to find. 8. If you purchased a Couple Ticket, you ll be prompted to enter the name of your other guest after you ve created your table. Notice the new checked box that says Use same Bidder #? Leave it checked! That will mean you and your guest will have the same bidder number, preventing the two of you from bidding against each other and keeping all your purchases on the same invoice...which simplifies your check out. Your guest will automatically be assigned the same table so you will not do that step again. 9. After you finish entering your contact information, you ll be taken to the payment page. Please consider leaving the box checked to use the same credit card for Express Checkout. If you don t, you will need to provide another credit card on Auction night for purchases made that evening. 10. You will receive a confirmation when your ticket purchase is complete. New this year! Create and choose a table for you and your friends!
