3 Join a team of models! Life s a Stage You be the Star! Each participant that signs up will be presented a weekend they will never forget filled with fashion,fun and friendships! Our program unites kids together that share the same common interests and creates lifelong friendships. At Take 15! we will be building teams of kids grouped together by age that will need to come together to try to win the STARZ CHALLENGE that will capture them the titles of the Ultimate Runway Models and award them all gorgeous fashion inspired crowns, couture clothing, styling, photo shoots and send them off on an adventure in New York to their fashion destination in a GIANT Hummer Limo! Over the course of the weekend all participants will take part in team building activities and a variety of different photo shoots and workshops. We will also host one of our signature soirees on Saturday night for all kids to party and have fun! Dream BIG at East Coast Starz! We are not a modeling agency or talent management firm. We work with a variety of modeling agencies, managers, photographers, stores and designers to place the participants who come to Starz to work with them if they have the desire to become involved in the industry. We give participants modeling and industry opportunities. We have so many success stories of children who have attended our events and have gone on to walk the New York runways, shoot with famous photographers, book commercials, featured in National print campaigns and even star on Broadway! We love to help make the dreams come true of our Starz if we can and fight for every chance that comes our way to make that happen. We have connected them with major New York agencies and managers creating working models and actors. You just never know where our glowing pink runway will take you. The sky is the limit! Meet with CT Kids, Shirley Grant, ZURI and more! You never know who is coming to STARZ! Who Can Participate? We are looking for kids ages 3-17 yrs. who love fashion, making friends and are interested in participating in runway and print modeling. There is no experience necessary to come to Starz and participate. This is a beginner friendly event where we walk you through and help you prepare to have a great experience! All kids who come to Starz will enjoy fun team building activities, have a photo shoot and get to keep the images from one of our talented photographers, walk in two runway shows, attend our fabulous party with their new friends, take home a couture outfit from one of sponsors, take home a swag bag stuffed for a movie star and be recognized on stage and awarded a rhinestone star tiara (girls) or a star trophy (boys) for their achievements! EVERYONE is a winner at East Coast Starz! We believe the runway builds selfconfidence! In addition all interested kids will be invited to meet and greet with a variety of reputable managers and agencies for placement in New York. These are private one on one meet and greets. As Starz continues to grow we have been fortunate enough to work with more agencies and managers that are leaders in the industry. 4 ALL MODELS PARTICIPATING WILL BE PLACED ON A TEAM TO TAKE OUR CHALLENGE TOGETHER. There will be a spot for a friend request if you know someone else attending that you are trying to connect with. It is not necessary to know anyone coming into this event. There are so many great families that attend East Coast Starz and it s a great way to meet some new people. We will be grouping kids together to form teams of 10 models per team by age. Together these 10 model will take the STARZ COLOR RUNWAY CHALLENGE! Each team s captains (two) will receive a color wheel by on March 1st. They will choose from the selection of Spring/Summer in style colors of The team will be notified and given a swatch of the color by after it is chosen by the captains. Each model should put together a Spring/Summer outfit that reflects their personal sense of style. Outfits should NOT be coordinated with other team members as each person is their own individual. Outfits should be currently trending! All models participating will be placed on a team to take our challenge together. Fashion Color Wheel Each model will walk the pink runway in their outfit. They will receive a score from our judges panel. Scores are based on use of the color, modeling ability and stage presence. The scores from each model will be averaged together and present a team average as the groups final score. Your groups score will be announced at awards but individual scores will never be released. The photographer will choose your team s best photo to submit for judging by industry professionals. Scoring will be based on photogenic appeal and modeling potential. Your group score will be announced at awards. Group photos will be submitted to a variety of National Fashion Magazines for publication.

5 LIVE PHOTOGENIC Each model will be given an outfit from one of our sponsors that is selected especially for them and their team! They will wear this outfit for their personal photo shoot shot by one of our amazing Starz Photographers! The photographer will select the model s best photo for judging. Each team member s photo will be scored by a panel of industry professionals. Scoring will be based on photogenic appeal and modeling potential. These scores from each model will be averaged together and present a team average as the groups final score. Your groups score will be announced at awards but individual scores will never be released. All Live Photogenic Photos are submitted to New York agencies and managers for placement opportunities. GIRLS 3-6 yrs. 7-9 yrs yrs yrs. BOYS 4-12 yrs. * * SPONSOR FINALE WALK Every model will get an outfit to keep from their sponsor! Each team will put on runway show for their team s sponsor! The team will hit the glowing pink runway individually and all together at the end as a group finale! The group finale walk will be judged by industry professionals. Scoring will be based on personality, group appeal and modeling potential. Your team s group score will be announced at awards. CLOTHING IS NOT SCORED.
