2 i9 Sports of Manatee County Playoff General Information i9 SUPER SATURDAY SCHEDULE: All players should arrive by 8:45am for opening ceremonies. Attached are the following: Venue map and field designations including Team Areas and Parent Galleries, Seeding by Division, Game Schedules, Division brackets for Flag Football & Soccer and Registration forms for next season. Baseball & Basketball: Baseball & Basketball players will play their games as detailed on the online schedules (also posted below) and then move directly to the awards ceremony at the i9 Sports tent. Cheerleaders: All Cheerleaders will cheer for the football games from 9:15 through the end of the 10:30 half time shows. Then report with your squads to the awards ceremony at the i9 Sports tent. Flag Football & Soccer: All Flag Football & Soccer teams refer to the schedule below and report to the awards ceremony area near the i9 Sports tent following your final game of the day. This is a single elimination tournament. If your team wins you will advance. If your team does not win you are finished. All participants will receive awards See award details below. The playoff format is 1v3, 2v4 in all divisions of Flag Football and soccer. Officials: There will be an official at each game for Flag Football and Soccer. Please take a moment to thank the officials for their hard work and effort all season to keeping the games fun & fair for you. Fields: Fields will be clearly marked with signs designating the Field #, Team Areas, & Parents Gallery. Note: Only team players and coaches will be permitted in the team areas. All parents and spectators must be in the Parents Gallery. Fields will be set up for Flag Football with cones & discs. Soccer will be set up with cones, disks and goals. Practice: There will be plenty of space for teams to warm up and practice. If space becomes an issue the fields across the street can be used for practice. Please clean up after your warm ups. i9 Sports Canopy: Our staff will be present all day to assist you. If you have questions, want to check brackets and scores or get information we will be here for you all day. Mouth guards, water & Gatorade will be available for purchase at the i9 Sports canopy. We will also have free coffee and hot cocoa and Donuts for $1 while they last. We hope you have enjoyed the season and will return for the next season. If you have not registered already we will be taking onsite registrations at the i9 sports canopy for Spring season, Spring Break Camp & Summer Camp also available online. Awards: Please plan to stay and celebrate with your team and the league at the end of your game. Each child will receive an award and be recognized in front of all the teams finishing up in that hour (ALL SPORTS). Please do not disburse until each of the teams in your hour has received their awards. We have i9 Sports Participation Medals for all non finalist players, Second place teams will receive i9 Sports Runner-up Medallions and division champions will receive i9 Sports Trophies. Sportsmanship: Our league is intended to provide a family-oriented environment for the enjoyment of the players, coaches, parents and fans. All players, coaches, parents and fans are expected to show good sportsmanship at all times, and respect others on and off the field Violations of this code will not be tolerated. All coaches are responsible for their own sidelines. Please help make this a great day! Concessions & Team Party: The following organizations will be onsite to help you and your teams have An Experience Beyond the Game.,,,,, Trash: There will be several trash receptacles located around the fields.
