1 REGISTRATION FORM ENGLISH STORY TELLING COMPETITION Feel The Magic of Fairy Tales (Please fill these following data by using Blocked Letters) NAME OF SCHOOL 1. 2 Rules And Regulation 1. The Story Telling Competition will be held on Thursday, 12 th January The participants are the students of SMA/SMK/MA and of the same level. 3. The participants will represent the school name. (Maximum 3 Persons / School) 4. This is an individual competition. 5. The participants must fill the registration form and submit it as soon as possible. 6. Each participant must fill and choose the story title from the provided story title compiled by the committee given below. 7. Each participant must submit the photocopy of Student Card. 8. The submission of registration form, and photocopies of student card can be done via: / 9. End of submission on Monday, 9 th January Each participant will get a perform number on Technical Meeting. 11. Technical Meeting will be held on Tuesday,10 th January The story should consist of The moral values of the story 13. In case there is a similarty from the title choosen by the participant, first registered contestant may proceed and the other should change their story in order to join the competition. 14. Each participant must use appropriate languages, costumes, and properties. 15. Each participant has a maximum 7 minutes to perform. 16. The contestant score will get a deduction points from total score if the presentation is less than 3 minutes and more than 7 minutes. 17. The properties of each team become a responsibility of each team. The committee will not provide any kind of properties. 18. Each team is prohibited to use any kind of attributes or properties that will harm and litter the stage. (E.g Confetti) 19. A backstage will be provided for every team to use considering the perform number. 20. Participant must not touch the judge area while performing. 21. Participants have to take care of their own luggage. Any kind of lost is not the responsibility of the committeee. 22. Decisions made by Judges are final and will not be disturbed. 23. Each team is approve of getting documented and publicated by the committee. 24. All participants understand and agree to be abide by this rules and regulations.
