1 Rehearsals We have scheduled the following rehearsals after school for Aladdin Jr. Thursday rehearsals are choreography and Tuesday and Wednesdays are used for blocking and sometimes choreography as well. If your song, name, or part of the play you are in is listed, please come to rehearsal. Students will meet me at Room 5 after the bell rings and later we will meet at the brown benches when we begin to use the Hall. While we are gathering together students will have a short break and will have another 5-10-minute break during rehearsal. Please note, you are REQUIRED to attend ALL after school rehearsals you are called for. If you have two unexcused missed rehearsals, there is a chance you will not be able to perform in the shows. If you miss a choreography day, we also may have to replace you, because we only have two main days to work each number! If you are double cast and you miss rehearsals, your counterpart may receive the roll for both shows. We understand there might be issues with students attending rehearsals. It is imperative to have GOOD COMMUNICATION to ensure that we know what rehearsals your student(s) might miss. If there is a conflict, Mrs. Garcia must be notified by at jgarcia@stanthonygardena.org ASAP. Any conflicts you know about now, please write on the form below. Conflicts that arise the day of, please send an . A few of the main rolls have been double cast however, you MUST attend the other CAST REHEARSALS AND SHOW unless excused by the director. Please make sure to be at all rehearsals you are scheduled for! Those of you who are not double cast, you make up the ensemble. You are in both casts and there is no double for your roll. Please make sure to be at both shows and all your rehearsals. Please note that a lot of students will play multiple rolls in this show and perform at different points in the play. An ensemble member plays sometimes several different rolls in one play.
