1 Nutcracker 2018 Rehearsal Schedule Baby Sugar Plums and Little Princess (Act I) Studio F First rehearsal: White Cast: September 28 th 6:30-7:00pm Green Cast: October 5 th 6:30-7:00pm Red Cast: October 12 th 6:30-7:00pm Remaining Friday rehearsals: Starting Friday, October 19 th all casts of Baby Sugar Plums and Little Princesses (white, green, red) come 6:30-7:00pm each week. NO rehearsal Friday, November 16 th (Father Daughter Ball) or Friday, November 23 RD (Thanksgiving) Mandatory Monday rehearsals with Angel cast: Monday November 26 th and Monday, December 3 RD 4:30-5:30pm in studio A: We need all Baby Sugar Plums and Little Princesses for both of these Monday rehearsals. Little Princess only will join Angels: Fridays 5:30-6:00pm Friday November 2 nd and 9 th and then stay out to rehearse with Sugar Plums 6:30-7:00pm. Mandatory Dress Rehearsal at the McCoy: Saturday, November 30 th, time TBA Baby Mice and Lead Baby Mice (Act I) Studio F White / Green Cast: Saturdays 12:30-1:30pm September 29 th, October 13 th, October 27 th, November 3 rd, November 10 th, November 17 th Red/ Green Cast: Saturdays 12:30-1:30pm October 6 th, October 20 th, October 27 th, November 3 rd, November 10 th, November 17 th No Rehearsal Saturday November 24 th (Thanksgiving)

2 Mandatory Dress rehearsal at the McCoy: Friday, November 30 th, time TBA Cadets TBA Bon Bons (Act II) White, Green, and Red Cast: during their 1A class time Chefs (Act II): Start Saturday, October 13th Studio F Saturday 1:30-2:00pm October 13th and October 20th The chefs will join into the last fifteen minutes of the 1A classes on Wednesday starting November 7th: White Cast: 4:45-5:00pm (studio E) November 7 th, November 14 th, November 28 th Red Cast: 6:15-6:30pm (studio E) November 7 th, November 14 th, November 28 th Green Cast: see Tara as to which 1A class to come in at your Saturday October 13 th rehearsal. Dragonettes and Lead Dragon (Act II) Studio C Monday 6:15-6:30pm Starting Monday September 24th All casts will rehearse during the last 15 minutes of their 2A class on Mondays (2As that are lead mice will understudy dragonettes)

3 Lead Dragons rehearse Mondays 6:15-6:30pm with the Dragonettes starting Monday, September 24 th. No rehearsal on Monday October 8 th. Tara is out of town and will have a sub for class that day. Angels (Act II): Start Friday September 28 th Studio F Both casts: Fridays 5:30-6:00pm No Rehearsal on Friday, November 16 th (FD Ball) or November 24 th (Thanksgiving) Mandatory Monday rehearsals with Baby Sugar Plum & Little Princess cast: Monday November 26 th and Monday, December 3 rd 4:30-5:30pm in studio A. We need all Angels for both of these Monday rehearsals. The 3A 4:15 and the 3A 6:15pm Monday classes will not be held either of these Mondays. Fridays 5:00-5:30pm Gingersnaps (Act II): Start Friday, September 28th Studio F Candy Canes (Act II): Start Saturday, September 29 th 1:30-2:00pm Studio E Candy Cane Lead ONLY: Saturday, September 22 nd 1:30-2:00pm then lead joins in again on Saturday October 6 th. The Corps Candy Canes are by themselves Saturday September 29 th. Saturdays 1:30-2:00pm Studio B

Battle Scene (Act I): Studio A No Rehearsal Friday, November 16 th (Father Daughter Ball) or November 23 rd (Thanksgiving) Mandatory Dress rehearsal at the McCoy: Friday, November 30 th, time TBA Please Note: week night rehearsals will be held the Tuesday November 20 th and the week of dress rehearsal and the week of the show. These will be full Act I runs so all Battle scene dancers are needed. Schedules with exact days and times will be released late October. Party Scene (Act I): Start September 21 st This includes Clara, Fritz, Clara s Friends, Fritz s Friends 4A Party Guests see info about rehearsal below Fridays 6:30-7:30pm in studio A *Party Scene Adults & Grandmother will start October 12 th On 10/12, Adults will start in Studio E from 6:30-7 & then move to Studio A. After 10/12 they will be in full Party Scene in A each week after. *Maids will start October 12 th

No Rehearsals will be held on Friday November 16th due to the Father Daughter Ball No Rehearsals will be held Wednesday November 21st-Sunday November 25 th due to Thanksgiving Additional Weekly Rehearsals for Battle Scene and Party Scene will be called the week of Thanksgiving and Dress Rehearsal Dress Rehearsals (at McCoy): Act I: Friday November 30th Act II: Saturday December 1st Dress Rehearsals will be held at the Jeanne B. McCoy Community Center for the Arts. These are MANDATORY to be in the performances. All cast members are permitted to miss one excused and one unexcused regular rehearsal.
