OU Approximate time to assemble this product Intersecting ole When they are supplied and are part of the assembly of this bed, ensure that the barrel nuts are fitted the correct way so the hole in the nut is facing towards the intersecting hole in the panel. 5 ed Assembly - Use Pack '' A x x C x x i) oosely insert two sets of olts (A) with spring washers () & flat and ootboard ( ). washers (C) into each side of eadboard( ). Note: o not tighten fully but leave 0mm protruding as in the diagram. it bolt sets to eadboard () & ootboard () like this.. & C A ii) a. & 0mm it the side panels locating the brackets behind the flat washers. b. & PEASE O NOT TIGTEN ANY OTS YET. A C x K x iii) Square up the bed to 90 degrees - then using sets of bolts (A), spring washers () & flat washers (C) fit Angle rackets () into threaded inserts in the corners of eadboard & ootboard (&) & Side Panels (). A & C.... iv) MAKE CETAIN TE E ISSQUAE UP, AS SOWN IN TE IAGAM. v) it the 'U' Shaped Cross ar () to centre of each side panel (). ine up the bar between the two mark lines & fix into the side rails using screws (K). Note the screws drive straight into the side rail itself, there are no pilot holes. K K vi) Once all four corners are located tighten all the bolts using the Allen key (). Page of

6 ed Assembly Turn bed on its side and attach abric ase Cover (7) to bottom of side-panels, headboard & footboard with the velcro tape. Make sure fabric is fixed evenly all round. 7 itting Slat rame O TEM OWA Slat rame Support ar & Page 6 of

7 itting Slat rame - Use Pack 'C' 6 C x x E x PEASE NOTE: MAKE SUE TE OES O MATTESS STOPPES AE ON TE COECT SIE O TE SAT- AME EOE OTING TOGETE. i) With help, lift Slat rame () onto slat frame support bars. ii) Using two bolt sets on each side, (E), (C), () & (), loosely fix slat frame to six holes - finger tight. E C olt into centre of long holes C 7 x x Carefully lay frame down. Make sure there is an even gap each side of about 0mm, as in the sketch... 0mm old frame then tighten all six bolt sets 00% using spanner () & Allen key (). Page 7 of

8 itting Slat rame - Use Pack 'C' G x x Slide gas-lift piston stems onto the axles then fit the flange lock-nuts (G). Tighten nuts with spanner () - do not overtighten. A small gap is left so stem can move freely - this is normal - see sketch below. G SMA GAP 9 Push x Mattress Stoppers (6) into metal frame. 6 Note: Place mattress on slats then slowly push down metal frame ensuring the frame is aligned with the side panels. epending on the weight of the mattress, the speed of the lift will vary so be careful until you get used to the speed. Always use the fabric handle to lift or lower the frame - keep fingers well away from the moving parts. Page of
