1 Once Upon a Dream! 9th Annual Spring Ice Show at the RecPlex Ice Arena Dear Skaters and Parents, This year s ice show is just around the corner and there are a few things that still need to be addressed. All program pictures will be taken Saturday, May 11th in costume between 10:30am and 3:30pm. Please be advised that there will not be any make-up days for group numbers. The schedule for each number is as follows: 10:30am-FS 3&4 1:00pm- Basic 5&6 11:00am-Snowplow Sam 1:15pm- Specialty 2 11:15am- FS 5&6 1:30pm- FS 1&2 11:45pm- Exhibition Team 1:45pm- Opening 12:00pm- Basic 1 & 2 2:15pm- Specialty 1 12:15pm- Basic 3&4 2:30pm- FS 7&up 12:30pm- Basic 7&8 3:00pm -Specialty 3 3:30pm -Specialty 4 Solo & Duet photos will be taken as you can fit it in between group pictures. Please wear your show outfit for Solo & Duet photos if you have it. On the reverse side of this page is a list of all ice show participants. Please verify that your skaters name is spelled correctly and that you are listed in the correct group. This list will be used to print the ice show programs. Please Katie Kerley at kkerley@plprairiewi.com with necessary changes. We are looking for parents to volunteer for tech and dress rehearsal. We will need people to monitor locker rooms, etc. We are also in major need of help with props, painting and creating. This is a huge job but really pushes the quality of our ice show up! If you haven t volunteered yet, please me. There is also a list of items we would like donated. Sign up next to anything you are willing to help with. We appreciate you! Tickets will be on sale April 26 th! Reserved seating is $10 and general seating is $8 and will be sold up until the day of the show. Only partial first row, last two rows. section C & handicap are reserved seats. Tickets the day of the show are $10.00 for general and $12.00 for reserved. Doors open 45 minutes prior to show times. Tickets for the Dress Rehearsal on Wednesday, May 15 th are $2 for all ages, except age 3 and under are free. 4 Hair & Accessories ALL group numbers must wear Sun Tan footed tights for the 2013 Spring Ice Show. In order to keep all groups and skaters looking uniform it is important that your skater brings at least 2 pair of footed Sun Tan tights to wear for his/her group number. If your skater is not in the appropriate tights, they may be asked to sit out of their group numbers performance. ALL soloist/duets/trios must get their choice of tights approved by their primary coach. Hair- All skaters should have their hair pulled off their face in a neat and fashionable style. Group coaches may give skaters a specific look to follow, please ask them and do as instructed. Accessories- Any accessories given with the costume must be worn as instructed by the group coach(s). If you have any questions about an accessory, please see one of your group coaches for guidance. All tights can be purchased at The Skate pro shop (Located in the RecPlex Ice Arena) Any other questions you may have can be directed to one of the LTS Coordinators. 5 Program Ads The advertisement being submitted will appear in the 9th Annual Spring Show program at the RecPlex Ice Arena. This year s show, Once Upon A Dream!, will be held on May 17 th & 18 th, There will be three shows over two days with estimated attendance of over 600 per show. This is an excellent opportunity to promote your business as well as support our local skaters. Forms must be turned in to the RecPlex Ice Arena Guest Service Desk by Friday, May 10 th, 2013 to ensure inclusion in the 2013 One Upon A Dream! program. For every $200 dollars of ads purchased you will receive four complimentary General Admission tickets good for any show (see below).
