1 Date: February 6, 2017 To: Subject: TRACKER, NITRO, SUN TRACKER, REGENCY, TAHOE, MAKO Dealers 2017 Captain s Club Details for Independent Dealer Locations The Captain s Club is an exclusive recognition program for all sales associates who complete the TRACKER WAY Basic Training and become a Certified Professional Sales Consultants. Captain s Club membership requires ANNUAL Certification or Recertification by completing the TRACKER WAY Basic Training. Certified Professional Sales Consultants are automatically enrolled in the Captain s Club program each year upon successfully completing all their assigned Certification Exams. Participants will earn Bass Pro Shops Outdoor Rewards Points for selling qualifying boats and participating in continuous learning activities. A listing of Outdoor Rewards points associated with each boat model and learning activity can be found in this announcement. The top performer in each of the regions will have the opportunity for a weekend stay of three days two nights at Big Cedar Lodge in 2017 and a special gift. 2 2017 Captain s Club Recognition Guidelines Everyone who has successfully passed all required TRACKER WAY certification exams are eligible for the Captain s Club recognition program. The top performers in each of the region will be given a weekend stay at Big Cedar Lodge and a special gift. Earned points will be deposited into an Outdoor Rewards accounts on a quarterly basis. If you do not have an Outdoor Rewards account, it is recommended you enroll prior to completion of certification. Clearance Support Guidelines Eligible Dates January 1, 2017 through December 31, 2017 Eligible Associates who have successfully complete the TRACKER WAY training program and Associates have achieved Professional Boat Sales Associate status. New 2017 and prior model year package boats in dealer stock not previously retail Eligible Boats registered. Repossessed dealer inventory, Scratch and Dent, and State Team units do not qualify for this program. Eligible boat must be listed in table below. 1. Eligible boat must be sold and warranty registered as delivered during eligible dates. Eligible Sales 2. Warranty registration must be processed online via TracNet within 15 days of the date of sale and must be received by December 31, Earned points will be deposited to associates Outdoor Rewards accounts Outdoor on a quarterly basis. Reward Point 2. If an associate does not have an Outdoor Rewards account, it is Fulfillment recommended they enroll prior to completion of certification. Documentation & Audit Captain s Club members will begin accumulating points January 1, 2017 or upon successful completion of certification, whichever comes later. Sales completed prior to certification are not eligible to earn Outdoor Rewards points. Point totals can be viewed on TracNet in the Sales dropdown menu under the Captain s Club Section.

Be sure you include the hull serial number and dealer number. Q: How do I enroll in this program? A: Professional Certified Associates are automatically eligible and will be enrolled after the 2017 Certification Completion form is submitted with a valid Bass Pro Shops Outdoor Rewards card number. To become certified, an associate must successfully complete the yearly TRACKER WAY training program. Q: How do I check my point totals? A: Point totals can be viewed on TracNet in the Boat Sales Registration dropdown menu under the Captain s Club Section. Q: When will I receive my Outdoor Rewards Points? A: Captain s Club members will begin accumulating points January 1, 2017 or upon successful completion of certification, whichever comes later. Sales completed prior to certification are not eligible to earn Outdoor Rewards points. Points are allocated to rewards cards usually around the 15 th of the month following the end of each quarter. Q: Is there a cash equivalent option? A: No, there is no cash option. Q: Can I give this trip to someone else? A: Trip is non-transferrable and must be taken by winning store associate. Q: When do I need to take the trip? A: Trip must be used within the calendar year it was awarded.
